Well, you can get a tiny coffee for four dollars. I think that’s pretty sad for a hotel. You can order a coffee maker for your room, but there is no space for that. Do not expect an actual queen size bed if you are staying in a room with two queens. The people were very nice aside from those at the coffee bar.

The Muse is a complete rip-off. Grossly overpriced for terrible service. Staff were rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. I complained both at the facility and later in writing—no response. Instead, they posted a generic reply to my review that didn’t address a single concern. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Avoid this place at all costs.

The property in good location to theaters. The room had a mold smell, most of the big furniture was broken or damaged, shower had some mold, lighting in bathroom is terrible, very little light. Staff was friendly and when I forgot something in the room after changing rooms they were nice enough to retrieve the item and hold it for me.

The place to stay for theatre goers

Staff are gracious and welcoming. The room was spacious had the best temperature control in terms of comfort. The bathroom had excellent counter space and the shower had both a rainfall shower head and hand-held. The water pressure and temperature settings were among the best I've experienced. The location is perfect for theatre goers and will now be my go-to hotel after having stayed at four other places in recent years.
