Unfortunatelly, it was horrible 3 nights experience. Our room had bad smell either related very old carpet or something else. AC not working properly. Hotel put a 69 F limit and we could not even change the temp for lower. Carpets are old and dirty. Beddings, pillows etc were not give you fresh clean feeling. It was a big dissappointment for pricy hotel. Hilton is done for our family.

Nice location to Times Square just a few steps off all the crazy. Small entrance is hard to find. The front staff were not helpful nor tried to make stay enjoyable. No concierge available. Only clean rooms every other day and didn’t even communicate that to us. Room has definite age signs. Everytime I showered the pipes would make horrible sounds which was I’m sure disturbing to my neighbors.

We were at Hilton for a week. We arrived late on Saturday and early Sunday morning. On arrival to our surprise we were room was downgraded for one night and we were not given any notice. The room service is also very poor and only food available was from outside! So not even a basic sandwich! The room quality was poor and there was leakage in the bathroom sink. We then called reception and an engineer was meant to come who didn’t turn up until late morning the following day. We were advised by reception to let the manager know and we have yet to hear back. Overall not a great service expected from a four star hotel!

Wonderful

Hotel was ultimately perfect othwr than the smell. As soon as we walked into the room it smelled loke a cat shelter. Luckily Target was across the street and i bought air freshener and used the entire bottle.
