This is a Golf Unit - which entitles our renters access to the golf course. $350.00 transfer fee. Carts and tips additional.

Great neighbors. Very friendly community of Snowbirds from Boston and the MidWest.

Complex has a complete program for social distancing. Three stories. Just 30 units in the building. First Floor. No stairs or elevator needed. Disability accessibility.
