Very quiet property and keep up nicely. Friendly staff at desk when I checked in. Made sure I was aware of everything that the hotel had to offer. My room was very nice very clean but I did have one complaint. The shower floor was very dirty and gross and looked like it needed to be replaced.

Room was not clean, hallways were in need of vacuuming. Our room door was stuck, recently painted (per the staff). One elevator was not working, there was no sign that it was “out of order”, seems like a safety risk. Booking and check-in were very easy and the staff was very professional.

Great hotel, great location, GREAT STAFF!

The day I checked in, I had been having "One of Those Days". Check-in was so easy. I got my key card and went to my room. I couldn't get the door open - and thinking it was lock issue, I went to the front desk. I was told that the doors are heavy and sometimes needed an extra push. That did the trick. I love the rooms at this property- nice size, comfortable bed and pillows. I went to Applebee's next door for dinner (also recommended). When I came back to my room, the door was stuck- I couldn't get in! Went to the front desk, and the night manager came up with me. The security latch on the door had accidently engaged when I had shut the door when I left for dinner. There was no way to get in! The night manager gave me the room next door and said maintenance would be there first thing in the morning to fix my original room. I slept well (nice bed and pillows!), and the door was fixed by the time I ate breakfast (also very good!). Gwen and her staff were so nice and helpful - and very apologetic (which they didn't need to be). I commend them all for the help they gave me. I stay at this hotel whenever I'm in Morgantown!

The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, but our stay was significantly impacted by the noise. We could hear every door from the neighboring rooms, and the thin walls did little to dampen the sounds of traffic from the nearby street. Even with the windows closed, the noise was disruptive, especially at night. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The staff was very nice but our rooms were both dirty and the property itself could use some upkeep. The air conditioning was out in the lobby area so breakfast was a sauna, the doors to the rooms were so stuck we literally had to kick it open. We entered the first assigned room and one bed wasn’t made so we had to switch rooms. Thankfully a quick switch but the bathroom in that room hadn’t been fully cleaned - someone else’s hair all over the floor and back of the toilet - gross! Maybe they need more staff but we will not stay there again.
