The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and the living area is outfitted with a queen sleeper sofa and 55" TV with Bose Sound Bar and DVD player. For a moment of true peace and calm, step out onto the balcony and smell the salt air as you listen to the calming waves from the Gulf of Mexico. It’s the Florida beach vacation you have always wanted.

The master bedroom offers a king bed as well as a vanity table, dresser, and flat screen TV. The en suite master bathroom has been updated with separate sink vanity and shower areas. The guest bedroom also offers a king bed and flat screen TV, with private access to the full second bathroom. The condo provides a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a beach closet full of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie board and sand toys for you to take back and forth to the beach.
