This condo was amazing to stay in. It was clean, on the beach, relaxing, and very roomy. Communication with the owner was quick and easy — our TV broke the second day of our stay (it was raining and storming all day) and it was replaced with a brand new one within a couple hours. Julie and her husband were AWESOME hosts and I definitely recommend staying at this location!

I would like to start by saying that Julie the host of this condo was absolutely wonderful. Always quick to answer questions and very helpful. Can’t think of anything to complain about except maybe the grills on the property could be maintained better which has no reflection on the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo. Really spacious inside and a nice balcony as well. Kitchen had pretty much everything you would nice, from a Keurig to tupperware and muffin baking pans. They even had mats to use at the beach and a boogie board. This was our first time to this area and we thought the location was very convenient. Easy to get across to the beach and the chair/umbrella service was a nice plus. If we were to go back to this area I would certainly stay here once again.

Our stay at this beachfront property was nothing short of amazing! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could ask for. We recently stayed at this condo that exceeded our expectations in many ways. The unit was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. It was equipped with all the amenities we could ask for. Our stay was truly enjoyable and we felt right at home. The only downside was the parking situation. The garage would fill up before 10pm so coming back home for the evening and finding a spot was quite challenging. Despite the minor inconvenience, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this condo for a delightful and comfortable stay.

We've stayed at Surfside many times before but this was the first time in this unit and renting from this owner. The owner was fabulous to work with. The whole process was very easy and she was very very reponsive. The only complaint we had and it's really not a complaint because it's now about personal preference than anything but we did have a difficult time with sleeping. The mattress in the master bedroom is very firm. Some people may like which is why I wouldn't necessarily call it a bad thing. The condo was very clean with everything you need to start your vacation. We would definitely rent from this owner again. My wasfabulous
