Service was great. Staff was super attentive and helpful. Room was clean. Outlets were tricky as one wasn't working and learned the hardway when my phone lost its charge in the morning. Beach was right across the street. I liked they put a towel and water bottle in the backpack beach chairs.

Honestly, it’s the best place we have ever stayed on Ocean Drive! The boardwalk is across the street. About a 20 minute walk to South Pointe. Our room was spacious. Very comfortable, clean and modern. Bathroom could use a cabinet or shelves to store toiletries. Balcony facing the ocean was our favorite for people watching. We will definitely return and ask for the same room!!

The pictures on your website was very deceiving about the room which was somewhat outdated when we arrived on 9/11/25. First night we were awakened by two adults arguing using Profanity. Called the front office to complain and they sent up their security person. Second night the room was rented with 2 adults and 2 children. The parents argued, then left the children alone. Then the children started screaming at each other for 2 hours. Called the front desk again. Parents finally came back to the room then quiet. Third night the room was rented to two adult males that were drunk, loud, and using Profanity @ 3:43 am in the morning. Called front desk again to complain about being unable to sleep. None of the rooms were soundproof as described online. After 3 nights without sleeping we asked to be moved to another room. Eric the manager apologized and he gave us a suite. We wanted to rent the motorized bikes and was told the first hour was free to the guests. We rode the bikes came back within the hour and was charged by the company. A very lamed excuse was given but we weren't reimburse for the $30.00 charged to our credit card. We were given no form of compensation for our issues. Finally the suite that we got had no storaged, ceiling fan to help with cooling the suite, the restaurant next door played loud music until 11:30pm and the bed was very hard. I will think twice when with Expedia.Verydisappointed with our trip to South Beach or Gabriel South Beach in Miami Beach.

Cool historical property on the beach. All of the staff were really nice and helpful. However, beware the valet took about an hour to bring our car out due to a “family emergency”. Park in the self parking a block away for less then half the price to avoid this issue. Room was average at best. Very small bathroom, windows didn’t open, some of the lights went out and never came back, wall ac that makes a lot of noise at night, slowest elevator I’ve ever seen.

We had a great stay at Park Central in the heart of the SOBE action. We took full advantage of the complimentary chairs, towels and bottled water for the beach, the bikes and the 15% discount at all the restaurants. We had the spectacular rooftop pool all to ourselves for a few hours. I woke up early every morning to enjoy the view of the sunrise. The one thing I would mention is that the doors to the alley don’t latch which means anyone can wander onto your floor any time. I hope they’ll fix this problem but in the meantime protect your valuables and be sure to double lock your door when you’re in the room.
