Well it could have been a nice experience. We got there at 11am, hotel said we can check in at 3. We came back and hotel do not have a room for us until 7 pm! The manager could not give us money off of room because we purchased through Expedia, manager said he would give us a Credit towards another stay, he insisted that he would send the credit by email. I asked manager Tripple times during our stay about the credit, his reply was I’m working on it! It’s been 3 days and the blatant lies are unexceptionable.

-NO ROOM KEY at check-in (not until 2nd day of stay), so hotel staff had to be summoned each time we wanted to access our room -AC malfunctions -overhead lighting malfunction -lobby bar unavailable (booked for a private party) during part of our stay -a lot of doors (hallways and within suite) had damage -request for extra clothes hangers not fulfilled -no door on shower = water splashes out into washroom =definitely wouldn't return, but the front desk staff were, at least, very friendly

The day we got there the room was very hot and muggy. We asked for someone to look at the ac. They sent security at 1am and said it needs a filter… which was obviously bc it said change filter. Needless to say no one ever game to change the filter or fix those ac. We had no air flow… for 3 nights. Our entire stay.
