Usually Hampton Inn’s are top tier when it comes to that, but this particular property was lacking. I had my room changed upon check in, but the attention to details need some TLC. By the way, I did have a 1 bedroom suite.

The hotel was ok, the room was bigger than expected and the overall experience was just fine. However, I didn’t like that the room wasn’t ready by the time of the check in, they were late for 2 hours and I was expecting at least a late checkout. I would recommend to stay there, but they really need to improve customer service issues
