Very clean rooms! The front desk staff is so welcoming and friendly. The breakfast has ample options and everything is really delicious. There's coffee and hot chocolate available 24 hours in a cute and cozy lobby seating area. The pool is the perfect temperature for a swim in November and the hot tub is awesome. Definitely will stay again next time we visit Harper's Ferry.

The continental breakfast that they provide was delicious and they had plenty of options. I stayed in a room with two Queen beds. The room was spacious, as well as the bathroom. No complaints here! This hotel is clean and very well kept.

Everything was great with one exception - the pillows. They just had no density. When you put your head on them, they just completely flattened. I used three and still could not get comfortable. Take your own pillow and your stay will be wonderful!

The toilet didn’t work and it took 2 days to get someone to come look at it. When they finally came they left everything a mess and the toilet still didn’t work. The people smoking outside my door all hours of the night. I went outside to see why the smell was so strong. The lady was standing right in front of my door
