The hotel feels brand new. Everything is clean and well maintained. All the staff were friendly. The hotel is on the strip but away from all of the chaos. The hotel was decorated for Christmas and felt very welcoming. The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items. Overall a very good experience.

Clean room, great breakfast options, convenient location 5 minutes from the airport and transit center. The gentleman at the front desk at checkin was very friendly and helpful. Free parking, board games, hot chocolate, hot tea and water bottle filling station in the lobby are all a plus. Very spacious lobby area. We loved the holiday decor, including all the employees stockings. Will be staying there again my next time in Vegas.

The woman who was working the front desk at night, I believe her name was Krisi, was extremely rude and unhelpful with a nasty attitude. She should not be working in the hospitality business. I have stayed at this hotel before and the manager is very friendly, however I will never stay at this hotel again due to that night attendant.
