This is my second AI stay in Cancun and it was too notch and will definitely be going back. The resort was gorgeous, lush and very walkable. The service was amazing and the food was very good too. The pools were great, clean and the water was warm. The beach was clean and hardly any sargassum. We got the preferred upgrade and it was nice but not worth it in my opinion.

Beautiful resort! All of the staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. Food was fresh and delicious. Secrets Playa Blanca is definitely one of the top three resorts I have had the pleasure of staying at and will most certainly visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our vacation. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, organized, and welcoming. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind and enjoy our trip. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any questions about the hotel or the surrounding area. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and very clean, and the amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. We had SUCH an incredible time! That resort felt like you were in a jungle but with all the modern convinces! The food was awesome (we have been been to at least 10 resorts in Cancun and this was by far the best! However the part that made it really great was the people. They work SO incredibly hard and make sure you are always happy! In particular Angel (worked by the pool and kept us out of the sun, cleaned our sun glasses and made sure we always had fresh towels and good convo), Irineo (I was never without a drink in my hand from him), Pedro and Josue! We genuinely enjoyed getting to know them and getting to know a little about their life! The room was impeccably clean and well stocked! We will be back!

I never leave a review but I just had to say my boyfriend and I had an amazing time at Secrets Playa Blanca. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are very clean, the food is great, and the staff was so attentive.

Amazing hotel. The spa is expensive but it’s very nice. The staff was amazing, the food was pretty good. The rooms were great and the hotel was pretty. It is pretty quiet and doesn’t have many night time activities.
