Nice place for a weeks stay!

Easy walk to the beach, large house for large families and has a nice set up. Beds are comfy and furniture is nice. Would absolutely come back and star again.

Great family vacation

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this house and had an awesome Thanksgiving Break. Loved the hot tub, the huge couch and the closeness to the beach and Anna Maria Island Cafe. Thank you again!

Wonderful House

We were so impressed with this house and the location. The house was clean, everyone had their own bed, the pool was fabulous and the kitchen was well stocked. The location is perfect with several restaurants in walking distance but you can get to either side of the island in a short drive. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place to vacation!

This property was perfect for our family and pups! Any stores or restaurants we wanted to visit were very close to our location. We enjoyed sunrise and night walks on the beach, swimming and tanning out at the beach as well as the beautiful pool. We loved that everything was very clean and organized as well and would love to visit again in the future.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

I rented this house with a few friends for a wedding on Anna Maria Island in October. It was clean and spacious. We had a great time relaxing in the pool and hot tub. Would definitely recommend to others!

Wonderful place to stay

My family and I enjoyed the house very much. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. The house was clean and well equipped. The heated pool was a treat. It also had a hot tub but we didn’t use it. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location

The mid island location was perfect with a trolley stop right on the corner. The pool was very clean and heated. The beach access was a 3 minute walk and the beach was not crowded at all. We really enjoyed our stay at this house. All new furniture and beds also made sleeping and relaxing very comfortable. I would definitely rent this house again.

Unbelievable home, 2 blocks from beach!

Just a great place to stay. Great location, amenities, clean, just fantastic. From the pool, to the ping pong table, hot tub, covered outdoor sitting area with tv, the whole family loved it and we did not want to leave. Ample parking. TV's in every bedroom, great kitchen with all the cooking utensils you need. FREE WI-FI!! Cannot say enough about our stay and the owners were extremely helpful.

Relaxing Place for 8

Family vacation. Our forest trip to AMI. Backyard with pool, hot tub and water feature were where the family spent most of its time. 10 minute walk to the beach. Spacious bedrooms. We’ll equipped kitchen and gas grill.

Summer Family Vacation

The property was very nice. Kitchen was well stocked and all our kids got their own rooms which was important to us. We all really enjoyed the nice pool and pool area and how short the walk to the beach was. It was also great to have the ping pong table and fooseball tables to use. Only downside was the street noise.

Pretty Purple House

Our group (two families with children 12 and under) had a fantastic stay! The location (although close to the main road) was perfect for beach access and well situated on the island. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. We lived spending time in all the outdoor spaces. Looking forward to next year!

Perfect!

This home was perfect for our ladies trip. Very clean on arrival. Open kitchen area for hanging together, which worked well for us as we cooked every meal at the house. We had a large group, so we brought extra towels. Would highly recommend enjoying this property.

Great beach location

Our family of 6 adults and 1 infant enjoyed our first trip to AMI! The house is a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the house was in a great central location on the island. The pool was a great feature, but note that it is in the shade most of the day. Kristin was very accommodating and pleasure to work with! Our family is already talking about when we can go back!
