We had to switch rooms twice. Once because the tv was so old, it had just a few channels, none appropriate for kids, and a very blurry picture/screen. The next room, within an hour, 4 cockroach’s were climbing over our suitcases, coming from the cabinet. Very inconvenient and disturbing, and I had 2 little kids with me….this was hard picking up and moving twice. Really disappointed since Hampton Inn has always been our go to hotel.

When we arrived the bathroom had a broken shower curtain, the hook on the door was gone, the wall thermostat did not control the AC unit, the furniture is not scaled to fit the room layout so moving around the room with two people is awkward, the desk chair is trapped under the desk and cannot be pulled out to make more room. The AC unit cools the room well but the room is always damp so nothing drys. Unless you ask at the front desk your room will not be cleaned. To their credit the fixed the shower curtain and door hook as soon as I reported it. They said the thermostat is a known issue that needs to be addressed but the maintenance man could not do it. The breakfast was fine. Powdered scrambled eggs,, white, wheat bread, plain bagels, cereal, sausage, hard boiled eggs, muffins, butter, margarine, cream cheese, jelly, 2 different kinds of DIY Waffles, bananas, coffee, juices, yogurt...pretty much Hampton standard fare. The pool was very clean as was the jacuzzi. They have towels at the pool. Beds were comfortable full size each with 4 pillows There's only one small waste basket in the bathroom. During our stay the hilton reservation system went down and stayed down for 2 days. It was a big inconvenience for people checking in. No one could get checked in and no room keys could be granted. Overall it was overpriced for what we got, but I don't know that other hotel chains in the local area were any better. I would not stay there again for multiple days.

The room was dirty especially the bathroom!! I will never recommend this Hampton location and will never stay there again!! Extremely disappointed, also the door was not working properly because it was difficult to open and when you were outside- you couldn’t get in! Totally ridiculous.

The staff is absolutely amazing and are so sweet and welcoming. I can't say enough good about them! But unfortunately, I had to remove some stars because of how rundown the place is. the pool was old and crumbling, one of the elevators was out of service the entire time I was there and there was roaches in my room, and in some of the other guest rooms of my friends.

Does not meet the expected standard of Hampton Inn. I've stayed in Hampton Inns all of the country, how this place carries the same name baffles me.Trust me, DO NOT stay here!!! Didnt think I needed to, but I should have read reviews. How this place has any postive google reviews is beyond me. This hotel is awful. It's filthy, falling apart, and just flat out poorly maintained. EVERYWHERE you look there is trim missing, paint peeling off walls, cracked tiles, stained carpet, 1 of 2 elevators working. The first 2 rooms felt like walking into a sauna, the AC didnt work in either of them. They were both humid and smelled of mold. The entire fourth floor reeked of scented carpet cleaner as if to hide the smell of mold. The third room we recieved at least had working AC and did not smell of mold. It was dirty, the toilet would run if it wasnt flushed just right, the shower fixture didnt work as it should, the towel hanger came off the door when a towel was simply hung from it, the body wash in the shower was completely empty, we had 3 towels in the room for a family of 4. This place has completely runied my expectations for future Hampton Inns.

Room was clean but the price of hotel did not match expectations. Needs updating. Paper thin walls, microwave did not work and room was incredibly small. There is also a $10.00 parking fee that we were unaware of. Why do you have to pay to park at a hotel you are staying at? Breakfast was great and staff was pleasant.

I called on my way there & was told I did not have reservations, sat on side of road to make calls to Expedia & Hampton to straighten out. Room was definitely not good. Wall AC was help up by wood which had mold and was rotted. Furniture very old and bathroom had mold.

Great hotel and friendly staff! Close to I95, clean rooms, plenty of parking, and great amenities. The pool and hot tub were in pristine condition. Breakfast had a lot of options (sprinkles and chocolate chips, yes please!) and was replenished promptly by Alexis. The staff was super kind and helpful from Michael and Alani at the front desk, to Alexis at the breakfast, to Storm who came quickly to repair our phone. I would definitely recommend this location. Bonus- plaza next to it has a mini market, pizza shop, and more restaurants to choose from.
