Hotel is clean and smells pleasant. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. Towel rack in bathroom is broken, shower water pressure is good, A/C is a bit loud (guess it's common in most hotels).

Pool was wonderful. Warm pool great workout room great customer service and receptionist. My best compliment is to Lukas at the complimentary breakfast and Michael at the front desk. And a young lady I did not get her name but she worked the afternoon shift. She has long braids she was also amazing.

I’ve stayed at the Hamptons and this one in particular every vacation I take and this is the first time ever that I didn’t get good service and I’m very upset. I didn’t get room service for twos days and I stayed there for 4 nights. I was told room service is every other day but apparently my room was forgotten and even though I went to front desk and even called nothing was still done. Room smelled bad. Water fountain at the main level had overdue water filter. AC in the room was struggling. Staff was friendly and helpful, but property needs upgrades. Not a good place, specially for longer stays

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! We were able to drop off our luggage early, so we didn't have to haul it around all day. The woman at the desk (I wish I had her name), was incredibly friendly and gave us excellent suggestions for things to do on our only day in Fort Lauderdale.

Staff is great. Property is old falling apart. 1st room the a/c was apart room 87° fan on floor blowing. 2nd room the a/c would not blow with power and temperture stayed at 75° and smelled moldy So tired slept no sheet ,no blanket ,nothing. Elevator seems like a up and coming death trap. Property should be kept better. Shame because the staff was very accommodating. Also its ridiculous they take no cash for any drinks ,soda ,water ,chips you van purchase in lobby.

It was my third stay at the Hampton Inn and it was lovely, the hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly , the rooms are very clean and the breakfast is great.
