All was exciting! Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff is extremely polite and professional! All restaurants provide delicious food. Beach is equipped with sheds and gazebos, and they clean it every morning from sea veggies. Walking along the shore, I find Majestic's Beach the best among neighboring resorts.

We celebrated our anniversary and had a wonderful stay at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres! The restaurants were excellent with a wide variety of food options. The staff truly made our trip special. Silvia and Ricardo did a great job running fun and engaging pool activities, and Irving was amazing at helping us book activities both on and off the resort, including jet skis and a boat tour. Walter made check-in easy and welcoming, and Christian gave us a great welcome tour when we arrived. The room came with butler services and our butler, Adriana, was the BEST! She provided outstanding service and was very attentive and accommodating! Overall, an excellent experience with exceptional service.

-Pools was small and awkward. Form over function. -Staff was amazing overall but our butler was non-existent and did not deliver at all on what we asked -Food was mixed. We had 10 total - buffet (overall) was great. Restaurants were mixed - some loved certain restaurants and other did not like it at all (varied by restaurant and our family's feelings on each restaurant was mixed). But consistently the food took far too long to arrive and 1/2 food arrived cold. Some of it was inedible and some it was excellent - depending who in the family you ask -Drinks were my biggest complaint. Most of the drinks were terrible as it made by someone who does not know how to make drinks. But my primary issue with the drinks was they they used 2L bottles which largely remained open such that the carbonation was gone within a minute of opening and therefore most of the drinks were flat

Staff was great. a suggestion would be that all staff follows same rules and enforce them ie. - If only one towel per person then all staff should od that - Dress code not enforced at all times My only complaint is that at lunch one day i was given a glass for water and I told the waiter that the glass was dirty. He then swapped it out with a glass on another table and left it for the next guest. If I had the authority at that moment I would have fired him on the spot. We enjoyed our stay as one of the best.

There were a bunch of small things that went wrong during our stay. From inconsistent service with the room service/house keeping to not being able to make a reservation to the Kabuki hibachi experience restaurant. From the moment we arrived we were told that place is booked until we left. We had to check with the hostess daily to see if we can get seated.

We booked junior family room but got upgraded to Club! Resort is beautiful with great beach. Food was amazing too. Difference events at nights and beach and pool activities during the day. The only downside was that our room was a bit damp and had a smell to it. But that wasn’t a big deal for us anyway.

Beautiful, well-maintained grounds with plenty of seating options at both the beach and pool areas. The room itself was great; however, due to the open-concept layout, the washroom lacked privacy. There were many food options, but overall the quality and taste were below average…truly my only complaint. Exceptional staff! Everyone we encountered was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to our butler, Alber, who was wonderful.
