we had a girls weekend and had a corner two room suite. when we checked in the room was very warm. before we left for the night we tried to turn the air down so it was cool when we got back, it would only let us turn it down to 74. when we got back the room still wasnt cool so we went to the lobby and told them our air wasnt working. They told us they were aware of the cooling problem and many rooms wouldnt cool down. they asked if we wanted a box fan and we told them yes. we went back to the room and waited for the fan and it never came so I called back down and they said they were busy delivering fans but one was on the way to our room. It was never delivered and we didnt have a good night sleep because it was so hot in our room. we were in room 326. I told the front desk lady in the morning and she said she new nothing about the cooling problem. there was 4 of us in the room and none of us slept much becuase of the temp in the room. we tried to open the window during the night but then it was so loud with fire trucks and other traffic going by we closed it. not the best stay for the price we paid

Staff was very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. The pool was very nice but needs to be shocked every week or after alot of swimmers have been in the pool! Absolutely loved valet, that was definitely a plus. And most of everything you wanna do in Chicago is right next to the hotel!!
