This place is perfect for large groups: great middle ground to both Old Town and West Loop and can comfortably house up to 14. A rare find and a great weekend!

Locked Out and Mismanaged
We checked in on the first day of our reservation, went out to dinner, and when we came back were locked out of the penthouse suite. The battery on the electronic keypad had died—an issue that could have been easily avoided if the property manager had paid attention to low battery warnings or conducted basic maintenance. No solution was offered that night. No one was sent with spare batteries, no backup key was provided, and we were left without access to the penthouse. I had to rearrange sleeping arrangements last-minute, spreading people across the couches and floors in other suites. Several people were separated from their belongings, which had been left in the locked suite. The next morning, the property manager mentioned a lockbox on-site that contained a spare key—information that would have been extremely useful the night before. Except, when we opened the lockbox, it was empty.Replacing batteries and keeping track of spare keys are basic responsibilities of any competent property manager. This team failed on both counts.Apart from that, across the street is a nightclub. It gets loud enough to wake you up at 2–3am when people are leaving. Bring earplugs or get ready to wake up to shouting from the street in the middle of the night.
