If you love your family, never book there. It is unsafe, and manager Abdula, and Bob, front desk, dont care about families and complaints. Smoked place all over, noisy, room with out basic services like phone, fire detectors, A/C too noisy, shower door handle broke but the worse thing is not a secure place. People yelling, fighting, screaming riight outside our door and next to the office day and night. I booked 3 nights and I stayed only 1 night. I was unable to sleep thanks to the insecure conditions. Obviously manager never attended the call and no approval for my 2 nights rebate. Think twice y you book there.

Nice place

Our room was very nice! We made use of the microwave and the fridge. However, we couldn't figure out how to use the TV. The staff really made our stay, though. They were incredibly kind and very helpful. Overall a convenient and clean stay.

Great place to crash for the night.

Nice comfortable place. Dont expect all the bells and whistles, the rooms are pretty sparce but we just needed a place to sleep and for that it was perfect. Seemed pretty clean, and my car was safe in the lot overnight. Id look at it again if I'm back in town for another event.

FILTHY PLACE TO STAY

I checked into a room that was terrible it had a not pleasant odor the bathroom was molded made my skin crawl. So I went to front desk to request a new room only to have been given another room under the same circumstances. The bathroom had black mold, the carpet wasn’t clean nor vacuumed, the bed had burn holes in the sheets and top cover. Just thinking about it makes my body itch There were rooms that were newly renovated new blinds fresh paint etc…..and I saw nothing but MEXICANS occupied. I will never ever book with them ever again nor will I recommend anyone to stay there. ICE NEEDS TO COME RAID THERE ASAP

My room the light didn't work , the never clean my room , the service is worse i ever had , can't sleep to many prostitute in and out all nights , the tv didn't work , never got clean sheets or towes , the tube the pipe was exposed in the tube , nerver received clean towes, the floor was dirty , the noise of mutiple men slamming car doors it was the worst of the worst it should be inspected bye someone before it be in the app to be offered.

Tight parking lot and not a great looking part of town. Our room was down a dark, exterior hall. Inside was great though. Lobby and staff was great and room was very clean and comfortable.

Poor management

The bedding was terrible, just a very thin blanket. The TV didn’t work and did not have remote control, after asking for the remote control, they give us a wrong one, and when they finally gave us the right one, the tv didn’t work, and only have the channels from the smart tv. Also, in order to use the microwave, you have to disconnect the tv or the mini fridge. And the lighting doesn’t work in the bathroom. It was a very unpleasant experience.
