Our villa is located in Florida Dream Woods of Palma Sola, Bradenton on a large lot with tropical plants, palm trees and bushes.

The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of appliances: refrigerator with freezer giants and automatic Eiswürfelbereiter- and dispenser, electric stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher,
Coffee maker, toaster, crockery Modern incl. European WMF cutlery WMF pans, leaves no wish unfulfilled.

The pool area is protected by a Cage (net canopy) against green foliage and insects. You can use the pool for. As in winter with solar or In addition temper electric heating. The pool was filled with water from the local waterworks and equipped with a salt water system. This plant produces a natural chlorine, which is completely odorless and very skin friendly. Even small children may be present in the water easily.

An in-room laptop you can keep in touch with friends via Internet or enjoy music and TV. Even all major German TV channels (ARD and ZDF), you can receive free over the Internet.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Bradenton Property ID – 752894 Overall Impression of Property The property is excellent, very central in location, clean, comfortable, complete with a full array of the basic necessities for an extended stay. Review: One major disappointment was the decision not to reimburse our contract amount for an initial guest that was to be part of our party, who had a medical emergency forcing his cancellation. His costs should have been refunded or at least a provision for arbitration made available. We should have been made aware that the swimming pool had serious mechanical problems for the past 3 months – it’s failure to operate, made it unusable for the last 3 days of our visit. A refund should be processed on a pro-rata basis. The supply of basic necessities should be included, - cleaning supplies, toilet paper, laundry supplies, initial tea – coffee and condiments should be included. The mattresses within the home are not “King Size” – as indicated, but that of “Queen and Double” size. Unless you are conversant in the German language, the use of the television must rely on the supply of your own laptop computer complete with a “Thunderbolt” connection. The present set up is not acceptable. The void of a supply of “HOT WATER” within the home is not acceptable. As the BarB-Q must be cleaned, prior to leaving – a adequate supply of cleaning accessories would make this task much easier and less costly to the renter. The cost of electricity should either be included or made clear in the original documentation that the renter is responsible for its usage commencing on the day of arrival.

Truly a Florida Dream

What a wonderful time we had in the Florida Dream property! The owners, Moni and Albert, thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The new leather sofas are comfortable and the big screen TV was great. Kitchen has everything you need. We spent much time in the pool and the covered patio was perfect when you wanted to avoid the hot sun. We hope to return again in the future! Maryann and Lawrence Giurato

Florida dream

Very nicely equipped home. Comfortable , clean and spacious. It is located in a Quiet and convenient neighborhood. A great location for us, Shopping was so close we could walk . We enjoyed our 10 days here. Only 5 miles to Anna Maria islandt, we enjoy spending time at the public beach. It has a nice shady picnic area, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with evening entertainment. We found some nice golf courses in the area to enjoy as well. Thank you for offering your home to travelers to this wonderful area. We love coming here!

Schönes Haus, tolle Area und AMI ist ein Traum

Früher waren wir immer direkt auf der Insel, doch die paar Minuten fahren wir jetzt lieber und wohnen so viel günstiger und viel ruhiger. Die Villa FloridaDream ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Organisation mit den Vermietern klappte 1A und die Hausbetreuer stehen nur dann auf der Matte, wenn man sie ruft. Wir werden das Haus garantiert wieder buchen, leider ist es für unseren Wunschtermin 2019 bereits belegt.
