Wonderful location!

Across the street from the beach! Beautiful views of the gulf and the bay! Pool was warm and the kids loved it! Lots of towels and the washer and dryer were perfect for a family of 5. Enough room for three kids (9, 11, and 13) to have some space apart also! Can’t wait to come back!

Great location

Great location away from the north end congestion but close enough to walk to all the restaurants. The free northbound trolley pick up is only 1 block north and the southbound trolley drops you off across from the property! Crosswalk right in front as well to the white sandy beach! We were lucky enough to see dolphins and even a manatee while there! Views are awesome! The condo itself could really use some updating but we were outdoors so much, it didn’t matter. However it was clean. The pool & hot tub was great as well! Great family memorable vacation!

Pelican Cover 2 - Good location but needs updating.

Overall this was a very nice location but unit needs updating. It was clean but very dated. Bedroom dresser drawers were falling out and we were given a stack of white, mismatched and stained towels for our bathrooms. I would be embarrassed to put them out for guests. Loved that we could walk to many restaurants and the beach was right across the street. Check in process was good. Security was good except the sliding door walls were difficult to lock so we didn’t bother. Also dealt with a large rental company which I will not do again. Prefer to deal with individual owners. Five different unseen taxes and fees was the result. Cost turned out to be significantly higher because of the fees. Also we were not given an option to take the damage waiver. We had no kids or animals so that fee was unnecessary for a group of older women on vacation. I would recommend the property with knowledge of the above.
