Located in a lovely gated community of the Spanish Wells country club. Which is surrounded by 3, 9 hole golf courses. Beautiful view overlooking your heated community pool, the golf course and of course, incredible sunsets. This fully furnished unit is approximately 1600 ft.². With two terraces. One which is fully screened. very well-maintained and meticulous condition and many upgrades throughout. Recently installed air conditioning system. Wood look tiled floors. It includes a one car garage. Close to shopping, restaurants, houses of worship, are all within minutes away. This is available on a short-term 3 basis for February March and April.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
