"I am writing to formally request compensation for my recent stay at Riu Republica in Punta Cana. During my 6-day ( March 19-March 24th)stay, my experience was extremely uncomfortable due to the lack of functioning air conditioning in my room. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, I was required to change rooms three times, and the issue was never properly resolved. The room conditions were excessively hot and not suitable for occupancy, significantly impacting my ability to breath (breathing machine), rest and enjoy my vacation. This falls far below the standards expected from your brand. Due to the repeated disruptions, inconvenience, and failure to provide basic accommodations, I am requesting appropriate compensation for this experience, paying Expedia alot of money and RIU when I checked in. I've stayed at this Resort several times within the last 2years.
