Pros: The furniture and beds were comfortable and the desk was great to work at. The location was great and in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts checked in on us and were very communicative.Cons: The walls and doors need to be cleaned and painted. There was only about 4 pieces of silverware (forks, knife, spoon) and there were no dish towels. There was cooking utensils. The diswasher was not secured so when you opened it it moved a little. The sink in the half bathroom was not afixed to the wall so it wobbled when you used. The whole house could use a deep clean, wood work, vents etc.

Family friendly home with spacious interior. Great for hosting your family or friends. Love the master shower, the kitchen cabinet space and the outdoor entertainment area. Lots of useful things in the kitchen if you forget to pack your own. Easily sleeps seven to eight people. A little dusty and some visible dirt on heavy traffic areas like doors and walls but does not detract from the well appointed townhome design and beauty. I recommend wiping door, fridge, microwave, bathroom door handles as well as remotes, light switches, stair hand rails and anything else touched frequently at check in with Lysol antibacterial wipes. It is flu season after all. We were well rested and organized to pack up at check out. Check in was a breeze as well. Neighbors were friendly yet not bothersome. We had a great time in Marietta and just remember quiet hours from 10pm to 8am and to put trash outside in receptacles. The furniture and decor is beautiful. Makes for excellent family photos. I would stay here again and look forward to it. Supplies were in abundance here everything from paper towels to bath linens and soap. We packed our own but it was definitely a nice touch. This was a peaceful weekend stay and the host is very kind and communicates well. Cozy clean beds.
