I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years. Even on a cold morning in November, there was no hot water and only cold water, so I couldn't shower. This time, too, there was only cold water, so I had to give up showering. The friendly staff just said they were fixing it. Since this is not the first time, I hesitate to stay here again.

I have stayed here previously multiple times and it was great back then. This time around there were loud knocking like construction being done in the room above us and loud blasting music at different hours. Also, we did not have any hot water the morning of check out.

The communal parts of this property were above average, but not worthy of labeling resort. The room was basic, outdated and the AC was poor. The toiletries were aged and the bathroom was not clean. Inc a clogged shower drain. More parking and security outside is needed. 6/10 decent hotel 3.5/10 resort hotel.
