Warm & hospital staff with the quickest in room dining service I've ever experienced.

Stayed for business because oF sales price and convenience. Keys kept demagnatizing so that was annoying.

Convenient and accesible to my destination. Friendly staff.

Good location , will stay again . Staff is very friendly . Restaurant & bar open till mid nite .. Which is pretty cool .

Small beds and abrasive sheets. Biggest issue was wifi only worked in lobby and not in my room. Phone was broken so I had to call the front desk on my cell. Hotel tech support was an aggravating waste of time and the staff, who probably deals with this issue all the time, didn't do anything to help my situation. it was definitely a regrettable stay

had a chance to stay at other hotels in Duluth but this hotel tops any of the brand name hotels around that area. highly recommended.

Great value for your buck!! Will definitely recommend!!

This Sonesta location is one of my husband's and my favorite hotels to visit. We have stayed at the Duluth Sonesta location several times and each has been very peasant! The rooms have always felt clean and smelled fresh. The buffet in the hotel restaurant is a little pricey but is delicious and isn't your typical food line! The front desk staff is always super friendly and helpful - especially the lady manager that has a slight ascent (sorry, I forget her name). The only suggestion to offer would be that a microwave/refrigerator came standard with each room. With warm regards, John and Cathy Boven

We booked the hotel looking to use the indoor pool. The pool id not heated and dont see the purpose of the indoor pool.

The hotel was a great decision in every aspect, except the hot tub. I wish there was renovation information on their web page.

I expected a hot spa and swimming pool, but they were closed. That's the only one thing I disappointed.

Hotel had a wedding going on so there was no parking!!! Had to walk a long way to just get into the hotel. They also had booked a pool party so we, the guests, could not use the pool!!! Room had a great view of the roof (4th floor), but not of the scenery. The lady that checked us in seemed as though she had better things to do than check us in. I would never recommend this hotel!!! I would give them a second chance but I only if it was a free night. Then I might reconsider.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly. Room services was excellent. In addition, quality and services at the hotel was inviting. I would stay at this hotel again.

The room was not worth the price. They didn't honor the room i had paid for. It's also a pretty expensive hotel to not offer a contenental breakfast. The rooms air didn't work very well and didn't maintain temp. The room was warm. There are plenty of rooms for a third of the price that I'd prefer to stay my next trip. Wouldn't recommend the stay.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was professional. Unfortunately I did not get the panoramic view or the breakfast for two.

This was a two nights family trip. I booked two rooms, both with two double beds. It was already paid for ahead of time. Yet, at check-in, they said no more rooms with two beds, only king beds because they had weddings. I've been to this hotel 10 times if not more. They always have weddings there. Bottom line is they can't oversell on rooms. If they don't have it, don't offer it online. We were stuck and the arrangement didn't work for the family. Tell us the truth so we can book elsewhere. Taking my money and then give me smaller rooms is bait and switch. We were given no choice at check-in even after I told them the situation. NO REMEDY for their fault! Booked two rooms and not even one room was right. It ruined our family trip. Will not come here again! There are so many quality hotels less expensive in the area. I will return to those in the future. This hotel can stay being a wedding hotel if they can't respect their family/travel customers.

I stayed 2 nights during Christmas holidays. Location was good to have a dinner in duluth area. This hotel was only 4 star in duluth. Lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas and staff was very kind. Rooms were also fine and clean. If I visit Atlanta again, I will stay here.

Fine but restaurant service was lacking. 30+ minutes for a bowl of soup.

We stayed on the 11th floor and had a great view. Close to the concert venue we needed to be near and one of the nicest hotels for the money around.

this stay at sonesta was truly excellent this will surely be the hotel i always stay at!! KUDOS!! and a awesome staff very friendly...
