Its location is ideal for travelers. But the suites were in such ill repair. My window wouldn't lock. And water flooded under the bathroom floor. The furniture had beed stabbed. It was something.
even for the discounted price this wasn't worth it. The room was filthy especially the bathroom, shower & tub. Holes in the walls and doors, the door hung precariously on the hinges ready to fall off and wouldn't close all the way. Zero water pressure in the shower. The bed appeared clean and was comfortable. It's obvious this Hotel once was very nice in it's heyday but is now a bit run down and abused by destructive young people. The staff was nice and did their best to accommodate.
My stay was amazing. Staff is great. They are very friendly and helpful
DRUG DEALERS IN PARKING LOT. CARPET STANK LIKE WET DOGS. NO SHEETS ON THE BED. REFUSED TO STAY AT THE HOTEL AND LEFT TO CHECK IN AT A DIFFERENT HOTEL. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY EVEN THOUGH I NEVER CHECKED IN. DONT EVER STAY HERE. DUMP
Hotel needs more staff and it needs to be remodeled. Manager barely speaks English and the doors don't work well. House keeping didn't even come to clean the room everyday, as any other hotel would let y'all. I will not be booking there in the future.
