It’s an older property but updated inside. The lobby is beautiful. Front desk staff are very friendly and it’s the first time I’ve been honestly told there won’t be enough towels and will be sent more. As for amenities, there is nice Paul Mitchell shampoo, conditioner and body wash. However there is only one small bar of soap and no lotion. We were on the 2nd floor and all day and night for some reason kids were running up n down the hall and crying n banging on the walls. Management did not address this. Due to covid there are only 3 doors open to enter near the front, and breakfast is bagged: granola bar, chobani, banana or orange and coffee or water. Bed was comfortable, water seemed like well water.

Everything’s was satisfactory. My room was missing a remote control, I called the front desk and I received another one within minutes. No complaints

This is a great hotel- very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast is made to order and is not the usual continental buffet. It's about 40 mins from ATL. Only negative was that the mattresses in the room were not comfortable. they were sagging in the middle - needs to be replace.

Not sure how this could actually be a Marriott. It looks like an old box type Hotel that they threw some new furniture in. Everything seemed out of place, including the connecting door to the adjacent unit.

Great stay! From the friendly staff who conveniently checked me in at 9AM, after an early flight, to the comfort of the bed with multiple willow options to the cleanliness of the room, Courtyard Marriott Duluth/Gwinnett Place, surely makes the grade...Straight "A" Experience!

Staff tried to charge me for restaurant charges for $126! Never went to the restaurant and I’m one person that checked in at 7:30pm after dinner time. They removed the charges but only after being very rude to me. Hotel layout is awkward as this use to be another hotel and not a courtyard.

The layout of the building does not offer much for a disabled person. There is one elevator that’s located on the far left at the back of the horseshoe shape building. Needs major upgrades to be a Marriott chain. Thank

I love staying at Marriott hotels, but the shower water was lukewarm at best. Room 107 shouldn't be rented out until this is fixed.

The hotel was easy to find. Check in went smooth but actually finding the room was a challenge. You soon realize the elevators to the second floor are on one side with only one way to get to the far side of the hotel which makes the stairs the easiest way to access your second floor room on the left side of the hotel. After I checked in I ordered some food at their restaurant. It was good. Breakfast with coffee the next morning was $13 which if I had gone out would have cost about the same and it was delicious. Scrambled eggs, toast, potatoes, bacon and coffee. The room smelled clean and everything was in good working order. Fridge, coffee maker, shower, etc all were good. Bed was comfortable. There were some kids from a soccer event running in the hall and someone playing a trumpet for a short time the first night but all was very quiet after 9pm. I stayed a few days and enjoyed my stay. The manager Cindy was extra helpful with a couple requests I had when I checked in and made sure she followed up with an answer to my question. Very nice staff everywhere in the hotel. This hotel is near many shopping and dining choices but the traffic patterns are very confusing. If you want to turn left out of Venture Dr you must go right and do uturns. The entire area is designed like that.

We definitely are an older property; we're actually one of the very first Courtyard properties ever opened. With that being the case, we consider it an honor and privilege that our doors remain open, in spite of the many changes in the Courtyard brand over the past few decades. We'd like to believe that this is due to our ability to adapt to changes, as well as our endless desire to surpass our guests' expectations. Finally, we continue to strive to keep a contemporary atmosphere in spite of being over 30 years old; there is absolutely no reason you should not have a clean environment, comfortable bed, updated technology, and exceptional customer service. I sincerely apologize for the noise you experienced while lodging with us. We do try to enforce Quiet Hours on property, but if we are not made aware of a particular disturbance, we unfortunately have no way of addressing it. I'm sorry for that aspect of your trip. In regards to not having enough towels at the Front Desk, we don't typically keep our towels in this location. We prefer our guests calling for them, and us bein allowed to serve you by delivering them to your room. While we do keep a few available at the Front Desk, it is not the standard. I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the near future. I am happy to say that we are anticipating having our restaurant back and running at the beginning of the New Year. It will be great to begin to see some more of our team members return. In the meantime, I wish you a vey happy holiday season. Thank you again for your time, and rveiew.

Honest feedback like yours is truly appreciated! I am sorry that we apparently placed you in one the rooms further from our one elevator. With us being a property with only 3 levels (two of which are accessible from outside), it is easy to lose site of the fact some people truly do rely on the elevator over the stairs. I'm sorry that we did not get you blocked according to your preference. I hope that we will still have the opportunity to host you again in the future, and if we do, please let any of us know that you prefer a room closer to the elevator.
