The hotel wasn't bad for the price. I was a bit surprised by the $20 per night hold they placed on my credit card for incidentals that they did not tell me about until I checked in. It wasn't a big deal, it just would have been nice to know up front. They were nice enough to allow me to check in early. However I DO have to say that one of the front desk people had an incident with a family member of mine and a friend who had checked into the hotel to surprise me. She was very unfriendly to them on the phone. When they asked her about this in person, she was EXTREMELY defensive and unapologetic. She basically said my friend (who is southern) didn't understand her demeanor because she was from New York. However, my cousin and I are from NJ, and my cousin has actually been working in the Hotel front desk industry for MANY years. So we made amends for the sake of being cordial, however it IS worth noting that I was really surprised that she did not care at all that my friend was upset with the way she had spoken to him.

My family and I were comfortable during our stay. The only complaint I have was the $50.00 holding on my credit card that I wasn't informed of on the night we arrived at close to midnight. I discovered the charge pending on the next day after check in since I was checking my bank account before doing some weekend shopping. Called the hotel and they told it would could take up to 3 business days after we checked out to have the charge reversed. Rooms were nice, Ihop was about 3 minutes away, the mall and plenty of shops and restaurants are near by. We will stay here again when going back to Atlanta.

Pro: Nice clean hotel, good location for my purposes and decent price for the room only. Con: Room did not have a mini-fridge, and the price did not include breakfast. Both fairly standard at this price point in other hotels.

Iit was good and clean motel. I had good feeling with my family.

Nice hotel. It served its purpose. Clean and comfortable room. Staff was pleasant and helpful and there was sufficient parking. Plenty of nearby restaurants, too.

Rooms are clean, Located near restuarants & shops but limited access to location is a little inconvenient. Rate does not include breakfast a nd drives value to poor as competition at similar level are better priced (and some better located) OK for business when on the road

A very nice hotel. Super quiet and very clean. The front desk staff were very nice.

This was a great hotel. Staff was super nice and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I would definitely stay here again and again! The only thing missing was room

Beds were uneven breakfast wasn't included and staff were rather irreverent and condescending when they informed us that breakfast wasn't included for "what you paid"

Great well maintained facility. Quiet. We simply took showers and slept there. Very adequate!

Enjoyed stay

No problems during an in and out one night stay while in Duluth for a concert.

Very nice place to stay!! Getting on/off the property was not the best, but if you looked on a map before you arrived it was worth knowing how to get around. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was included with our room, but we did not get to eat (there were a group of teenagers staying there and they were taking up the entire breakfast area, I don't blame the hotel I blame the adults with them), it looked good. The pricing if it was not included with your room was a bit much.

We were in town for a Joyce Meyer Conference and we really enjoyed the room and felt very comfortable about staying in the hotel.

this was a nice place to stay, but getting in and out of the property was somewhat difficult. Plus, when I ask on line to view the rooms, I was shown a suite. When I arrived I was expecting a suite, but was disapointed. I was also expecting complementary breakfast, again, disapointed. It is for these reasons that I could not and would not recommend this place to friends.

Seeings how this was my very first trip traveling alone, I really enjoyed myself. It was what i needed and then some...I almost cried when leaving and wanted to book another night or two. The experience was wonderful. I started out later than inticipated but i phoned them and they said "Oh no problem, your reservation is taking care of, call us back if you have any problems getting here...". Once I got there I did call them and the instructions given led me right to there door and they had my key ready with a smile...That i did like very much. However, It was not pointed out, at least, the different features offered at the resort, i.e.. restaurant, FREE internet svc, pool area...I wanted to check my email since they had internet svc for a small fee. I had to contact a staff member to show me how to work it (ITV), but I was not impressed with it AT ALL. BIG WASTE OF $$$$. Shopping is only five minutes away if walking. You actually have the mall at your door. I'm sure there is more to this area than shopping but I did not want to get lost too many times again...ha ha... it was fun though. The Heart of ATL was only 15-20 away and yes there were plenty of shopping areas to stop at before getting there. BUT OVERALL, I give my experience 4-1/2 STARS. I am actually making plans tonight to re-visit and I plan on lodging in the same hotel.

We had to used our room towels since there were no pool towels and no staff to be found (minor complaint), and chose to eat breakfast away from the hotel since the breakfast buffet is amazingly overpriced (also minor). But getting up to take our showers in the morning to find the last guest's razor still in the bottom of the tub would imply that the bathtub hadn't been cleaned and left me worried what else might not have been clean. Pulling back the bed sheets revealed we had slept on sheets with an old blood stain (I hope it was very old, washed 100 times) and holes in them! YUK!! Being a very non-confrontational person I choked up all the courage I could to approach the manager and got very weak excuses, "I'm sure the tub was clean", and there is nothing I can do about the room charge since you booked third party but I'll refund your movie fee. I actually know people who bring there own sheets on vacation with them. Now I know why. Manager, might have been worth dipping into petty cash to cover this one, but the excuses were a REAL turn off!

Great location to shop at the many stores within a mile area. Small rooms for a family of four but still a great value.

The staff at the hotel was super friendly, and the breakfast was good!! We were pleasantly surprised for the price we payed.
