Had to switch rooms, bed was sullen in bathroom tub was dirty and peeling. The breakfast was continental style and displeasing. Horrible smell. The staff were nice about everything. Explained that they recently underwent a change and n ownership.

I did like convention of restaurant around. The area looked ran down the property was ran down. I asked for nonsmoking room but was on the same floor where smoking rooms were.

We got a suite and the size of the room was good. There were some issues (the bathroom door lock was broken, the shower was dripping all night, the power went out a few times the first night). The maintenance man and housekeeping were very nice. We heard they're under new owners so things may be changing soon.

very filthy! Weird mildew smells throughout the hotel. Smells of poop near elevator. I had to reclean my hotel room. The was mucus on the windows and DO NOT WALK ON THE FLOORS WITHOUT SHOES. Honestly if I could give a zero I would because as soon as you check in the staff are rude. Please be careful

The area is very popular is full or many different choices or things to do and foods, the area is quiet and calm, the rooms are nice and the staff is very helpful and friendly! I will most definitely come back I really enjoyed my stay!

Basic,basic, basic.

The hotel isn't in a terrible area,which is a positive. The room we were in had a spot light outside of the windows and at 2:30 am we felt like it was the middle of the day.We tried covering the windows but nothing really helped.I have attached a picture, which I literally took at 2:30 am. Not one single person who worked the desk for the duration of our trip could help( or should I say" Would help") out with even the simplest of questions. ie...coffee shop close by, nice parks in the area and such.

Clean and worn down. Good for sleeps

Check in is 3 not 2. Hotel room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Pool was not maintained. Fixtures and interiors are original so they are old and show a lot of wear. Bath stopper did not work and there is an issue making the water warm versus hot or cold. Smart hdtv with basic cable-guide is 7.

we have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 20 years and this time we enjoyed the new look in the room, the TV on the wall, and bigger and better. We stayed in room 517, the sink did not have a stopper, and it wasn’t mounted correctly. your breakfast needs to be enhanced, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc… In years past, the breakfast was awesome… It’s a hotel we like, the location is great for our shopping needs… We will be back…

I expected more from this property, I do understand that looks can be deceiving now. There were small roaches in the bathroom and a flickering light. The room also smelled like mothballs. I would never go back.
