What I like about the hotel is the apartment feel especially in a one bedroom. It’s very spacious and it has a kitchenette refrigerator microwave it’s useful when you’re staying or a longer period of time but I don’t like that the terrace level is unpleasant looking pool dirty and smelly. My son was almost attacked by two dogs when we went down to go to the gym luckily my mom reflex kicked in to grab my son and close the door. That was scary and I’m glad my son didn’t get attached there’s so many homeless people that live in the terrace level they need to do better it seems like it’s going down hill. There was a Publix cart outside with trash in it and people were outside smoking weed and drinking liquor. I like this hotel but they need security or something to monitor the grounds.

Unfortunately, this property did not meet basic standards of cleanliness or maintenance. The hallways often had trash left out, and the bathroom was in unacceptable condition upon arrival. While the staff were courteous and tried to be helpful, the hotel’s overall upkeep was poor and does not justify the price charged. To make matters worse, there was an overcharge on the final bill that added frustration to an already disappointing stay. Management needs to address cleanliness and billing accuracy immediately.

The room was a dual suite! The size of two hotel rooms. It was bigger than my last apartment. Included a full sized kitchen with both dishes some cookware and a mini dishwasher! Phenomenal! The room was so large you could easily have 14 people in it! Loved this. Although it was the Christmas holiday there were plenty of places open directly across the street to go eat that were incredible. Hardest decision was choosing which one. Highly Recommend for Holiday Travelers.
