Great stay

The thing that disappointed me was because of the pandemic my room had no cleaning service for my entire stay.

The hotel smelled bad, elevator carpet looked like someone was murdered and carpets never cleaned. Hotel was hot and the rooms had a governor on the ac so you couldnt make it cool.

I didn't like anything!!!! The only person thst showed hospitality was the front desk worker ! Everyone else including the general manager tasha gray was horrible. I left that hotel didn't even stay!

I didn’t like that the first room I got door was broken like it has been kicked in . It was a ground level room and I asked the front desk for another room prior to seeing the door she told me there was nomore king bed suites. After I came back to complain about the door she mysteriously found another king suite. Later I asked for face towels she gave me big towels and one had makeup on it. I was honestly over it at that point . Just to make it worse 4 cars were broken into during the night . Smh no security on sight .

Usually it’s always a great experience, however this time, the water is never HOT, barely even warm, I was not even able to take a semi enjoyable shower. The staff is always courteous though!

I enjoyed my 2 nights stay there. The property is clean front desk personnel was super friendly and helpful. Just a bit disappointed on the grab and go breakfast but understandable due to covid. Will stay there again if I ever needee a place in that area

We loved our stay here...First of all Marvin at the front desk was not only kind and friendly but he also went out of his way to help any way he could....Whatever they are paying him is not enough, he does his job to perfection...My wife can be tough when it comes to her being satisfied with hotels and she had zero complaints only compliments....The room was ultra-clean and even the hallways smelled fresh and clean....The room had everything we needed and more and also the beds were very soft and comfy.....I highly recommend!!
