No security at night. No outside video cameras. Truck was vandalized, window was shattered, truck was burglarized. The noise on Friday night and Saturday from a nightclub that backed up to the front parking lot was slightly less than a 747 crashing in the parking lot. Some kind of Latino restaurant was operating on the first floor and the smell was overwhelming, what ever they were cooking. Nothing in the lobby in the morning (coffee, roll, milk, etc, etc) to eat. Restaurant did not open at the posted time of 0730. Never again at this place. PS: The ice machine did work and the TV cable worked. Toilet was not secured to the floor and rocked front-to-back.

We requested a late check out and starting at 9:15 the maid started knocking on our door asking if we were ready to check out. She did it 3 times between 9:15 and 11:00. When we finally did get to check out there was no one at the front desk for us to check out with.

My only complaint is the bad smell in the hallway and the room, which was sooooo bad that neither my mother or I could sleep. Please fix asap

From when we stepped off the elevator, we could smell marijuana and cigarettes. That night we found cockroaches in our room. We reported it to the front desk who said they'd send maintenance to fix the issue. When we returned to our room later that night, we not only found the roaches we had killed but there were even more roaches. Late that night I got up to use the bathroom only to find roaches above our bed and all over the bathroom. I took my family and we checked out at 1 AM and went elsewhere. Rooms also didn't have safes for your valuables. A clean towel had someone's brown hair on it. There was dustbin several places in the rooms. This hotel is below standard.

Don’t do it! Found a dead roach when we pulled open the sleeper sofa. Brought the roach downstairs to which they offered us another room but it was a smoking room and still disgusting. Bathroom was so dirty, the fan has at least an inch of dust on it. Housekeeping didn’t tidy up the room or take the trash out. Looks like the floor hasn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Only bright side was how close it was to the highway

Pretty nice hotel for a business stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Horrible, I checked out immediately as the room was dusty and dirty.

Everything was great. But definitely need some fresh air circulation in the room. Need better exhaust fan in bathroom. The fan is not doing its job.

I have to recorded a video. Of this individual name “Shaw” who had not respect for the hotel guests. I will posted in social media , I have booked two nights I only stay one night . I need a manager or some who cares about this to contact me ASAP.

Charged me $30 early check-in fee, was very disappointed,

First day I didn't tip. Things were not right. Second day I tipped, everything is good. Hotel is ok, deserve better than it's current 3.0 raking as of cleanliness etc. The rate is probably lowest among the 104 exit area hotel at this level -- i have been in most of these hotels including hyatt, holiday inn, sonesta, etc. these $100+ were definitely much better but for $60-$70 this one is the best option I would say, if you tip.

Stay away from this hotel. Infested with bedbugs. They don’t even give refund back

the hotel room is noisy not only for the next highway traffic but for the AC. Also room does not have a fresh clean smell

Smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room. Bathroom had hair in the tub and a smell to it. TV kept going out.

I think the price was great for the hotel I had no problems it was CLEAN the most important thing

Expected Free breakfast, free parking and free internet. Breakfast not free. Parking and hotel location didn't feel safe.

We requested a late check out and starting at 9:15 the maid started knocking on our door asking if we were ready to check out. She did it 3 times between 9:15 and 11:00. When we finally did get to check out there was no one at the front desk for us to check out with.

oh dead roach
