It was a pleasant surprise to enter a hotel with happy and pleasant staff. Everyone was so friendly. The room was very clean and breakfast was straight to the point. This property is in the Top 5 properties on my go to list.
My fiancé and I stayed at quality inn on our trip to Duluth Georgia for my parents anniversary and I tell you it was absolutely great thanks to there great housekeeping team especially ms. Valerie Tinch who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was extra comfortable. From the first day when I needed extra towels to ensuring my fiancé had enough pillows due to his neck surgery a couple days before. The room was very very clean and the housekeepers were always on time. I recommend this hotel if you’re in Duluth Georgia. Thank you again Valerie Tinch Kimberly Verner
Excellent place to stay. In my business I spend a lot of time in hotels. Roughly 250/300 days a year. This is one of the best ones that I have stayed at. I would like to thank the entire staff; Front desk: Robert, Sam Breakfast: Joann Entire house keeping staff, including the maintenance staff. Thank you again for making me feel"at home" when I am "away from home". Jim Raines room 139
I had a really nice stay at this Hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well stocked, and the Complimentary Breakfast was tasty with a variety of options. The front desk Manager Robert made sure all my needs were met. Overall it was a nice quiet weekend getaway for me and I will be returning soon...
The hotel is pretty outdated but our room was clean. The bed was not very comfortable and was very noisy when you moved around. They put us on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken for the whole duration of pur stay. Im 51 and my travel work companion is 70 so 3 flights were a bit rough. Hotel staff were friendly.
My husband and I, as well as his company coworkers, stayed here for several weeks and we enjoyed the stay. Very nice staff, good breakfast, guest laundry (but only one washer and dryer), wifi was good, nice pool area and the rooms were clean as well. I just have to add ... our housekeepers (Pravin and Vishakha) were great. They came everyday and took care of anything we needed and were so nice. Its always a pleasure to meet such nice people, especially when you stay for extended periods of time. We would stay here again if in the area.
This hotel has been having improvements and upgrades during the last year after new ownership and the staff is excellent. Sam, Robert and others at the front desk are always happy to see you there and do everything they can to accommodate your needs. Joann and others serve a hot breakfast each morning starting very early (before I get up - chuckle) lasting to 9 AM during the week and lasting to 10 AM on the weekends. Their pool is always spackling clean and they have a laundry if needed. I typically stay at this hotel some 100+ nights per year - sort of my second family there.
Internet works great Quick check in no better place to stay for the price. Very good breakfast. Room smell good and slept well There are other hotels in the area I have stayed that cost more and not nearly as clean
