Although the desk staff was pleasant. The rest of the staff. Not so much. Our room never got full attention. There was a sheet set sitting on the end table for the entire stay. Never replaced the used drinking cups. Certainly not the worst just not great. Hot breakfast consisted of 2 large pans of Bacon. No eggs. No anything. Pancake/waffle maker out if order.

Was travelling on business and my stay was booked here. After the booking (within 30 minutes), I noticed and error in the dates and called to correct it. I was informed that the fee to change it was $90 (ish) and when I asked I was told I could not speak to a manager. It was cheaper to leave the error. Once there, the spot was "ok". Clocks were set wrong, the door peephole had trash crammed in it, and there was barely any sound proofing between rooms. On checkout, the employee doing checkout asked how my stay was and in discussion of the issues took my number so the manager could give me a call (never got that call now 2 days out). TLDR: The staff is unhelpful and the rooms are not worth the additional hassle of dealing with them.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Best Western. Close to all highways, restaurants, supermarket etc. I would come back once pool opens :)

nice place to stay.breakfast decent.nice and clean.

It's nicer on the inside than it looks on the outside. Make sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner, theirs is terrible! Overall, it was a great place for the price and the staff was incredibly nice.

Great location. Super clean and friendly staff. Wifi worked well and breakfast was good. The bed was a little uncomfortable for me as the springs were a little bouncy. Great stay other than that.

There are noo complaints one of the best if not the best hotel I stayed in. Loved it the breakfast is awesome

The hotel was friendly and when I asked for help, they provided service quickly and efficiently. The cleaning staff was friendly and made sure that each guest was set for their stay. The breakfast wasn't extravagant, but held a few options and got the job done.

When arriving to the hotel and checking in we were greeted with friendly staff. They were quick to check myself in along with the other 3 guest waiting behind me. Our room was in excellent condition and exceptionally clean. The room was decorated nicely, better than I expected. I would have no problem staying at this hotel again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great value at $25 or so less than surrounding nice hotels. Free use of the computers and printer, fridge and microwave in room, and free, delicious, hot breakfast buffet were really great. The hotel and room were also very clean. The bed could have been softer, but extra fluffy pillows were a nice surprise. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Location was great if you plan on staying in Duluth and visiting Koreantown. The room was modern, clean and properly stocked. The room had a plumbing problem and we were relocated to another room the next day. The second room wasn't as nice outdated look, missing shower curtains, dusty, and musky. Staff was a pleasure and helpful. Front desk was welcoming and positive. Overall great location, clean, and great stay. Would recommend for the price.

The rooms were a nice size and were clean and had refrigerators and microwaves. While I appreciated the fact that breakfast was included and there was a lot of variety. The sausages were floating in grease and the bacon was burnt and broken and also floating in grease- both very unappealing. The cheese omelets tasted fake and looked bizarre. The fresh pancake machine was a nice addition. The coffee wasn't the best but Starbucks isn't too far away. There was fresh fruit and yogurt and other choices thank goodness. I would stay here again.

This was a great hotel to stay at while in the Atl. I recommend this hotel to anyone. We was right by all the food places and by a mall.

The room is not big but pretty comfortable. The location is convenient with a lot of places to eat and shop. Easy access to I-85 makes it very easy to get around Atlanta. I enjoy the stay. I will stay here next time I come to Atlanta again. Great value.

Needed a hotel close to 85. This hotel was perfect. Room was clean and the guy, Al, that checked us in was super friendly. Only trouble was finding 85 north. They should have signs directing where to go. Other than that this hotel was great. I would stay here again.

Great bang for your buck. I needed a last minute hotel for a few nights Highly recommended!!!.

clean room and great location to ktown! We wanted a room close to korea town and this one is best.

Good stay, nice location, clean room, friendly staff. Very nice neighborhood

Staff could not have been better very helpful and pleasant. Air con noisy but very thing else good.
