I stayed here for an entire week and my room was cleaned and restocked with towels and toiletries only ONCE! Every night when I came in from working 12 hours, and driving for 2, I had to get my own towels and get my room key reswiped so it would let me in my room. It was horrible. Dirty room, and what looked like a bloodstain on the carpet. I will never set foot in here again, and you should find somewhere else to stay.

The room was filthy there was candy stuck to the blankets and carpet there was pretzels behind the fold out couch there were beer bottle tops on the floor I stepped on one. There was hair in the sink as well. Who ever cleaned that room is being paid for doing nothing . We will never stay there again .

Welcomed by a dead spider and live cricket in the bathroom, running toilet, toilet handle laying on top of the tank. and no toilet paper. Great start to a one nighter. I fixed the toilet and settled for the box of tissue. Shortly after laying in bed, felt itchy. Went out to dinner seriously thought about getting a different hotel. Stuck with it though. Sleep wasn't bad. Breakfast a different story. Coffee was gone, pancake batter had separated and wouldn't cook. When throwing away, seen others had the same problem. While waiting for the pancakes to cook, knats /flies became very apparent. Ended up going to a restaurant. Primary reason for staying there was the advertised breakfast so could get an early start to the day. Place was definitely not a value. Would recommend not staying here if you have other options. Only positive was the desk help being friendly. Wish I would have read the reviews prior to booking.

Please just stay away. Terrible customer sevice. Dirty rooms, broken AC. Paper thin walls, dirty halways and garbage throughout the parking lot. Please spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

The room was dirty. There was hair on the bathroom wall and a guy walked into our room then saw us and shut the door. Very scary.

I'll just highlight all the negatives as there are too many to go into detail. 1. Charged additional $20 "room change fee" to upgrade from a a single bed to two beds (this was on top the additional charge for the room.) 2. Room stinks like a sweaty gym sock left behind the washer. 3. Very dirty rooms. Can tell they have been just 'surfaced cleaned' for years. 4. Key cards to enter room had to be remade 3 different times as they kept malfunctioning 5. Tv remote didn't connect to tv, accept for the channel up down buttons. Staff took a look, just gave an excuse and left. 6. Paper thin walls and you can hear EVERYTHING. 7. Fire alarm was completely missing from room. 8. Showers take forever to warm up. 9. Hotel was really cold in temp at night. 10. Electrical outlets were loose, had to find the 'right spot' for a charger to work. 11. Wifi constantly disconnects and you have to keep watching the same 30 second ad everytime you reconnect.

We were upset that the hot tub didn't work right. We specifically wanted a hotel with a hot tub and when we got there it was luke warm and jets didn't work. The front desk didn't do anything about it, Very disappointing and probably wont stay again.

Even though we spent very little time at the hotel, we had a very disappointing experience. I appeared that perhaps they only staffed a front desk person as the rest of the hotel was in disrepair and filth. Doors were broken, window screens were missing, light bulbs burnt out, hanging fixtures broken. In the pool area, the sauna was out of order, the ice machine was covered in mildew, and the shared bathroom had a door that did not lock. Our room appeared to have not been vacumned, the walls were filthy (there even appeared to be a blood stain), the shower drain backed up, and the bed coverings had very visible stains. There are so many more minor issues that I will just sum it up to say that this was the worst hotel experience ever. Can't believe this was a national chain!

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed. Started with poor service at check in followed by discovering the hair dryer and air conditioning was broke. Staff promised a replacement dryer that never came. We actually used the air conditioner to dry our hair, it was blowing hot air. Room was dirty and the bed uncomfortable

Room smelled musty. listed microwave which was down the hall. Wasn't told location of continental breakfast - had to find it. room not cleaned well. Not like other experiences at Econo Lodge.

Overall, it was an awful experience. The rooms were dirty. There was broken locks on every door. Our window screens were broken out. There was still garbage from the previous guests on the floor and our room was obviously never vacuumed. The bathroom was exceptionally disgusting, there was blood and mold on the broken shower curtain and the toilet looked as it hasn't been cleaned in months. We were insanely grossed out by our experience. We will never return to this hotel.

We went to the Dells to have a nice couple get away. When we got to the hotel and walked past the filthy pool and saw all the garbage laying around we were shocked! We got checked in to our room only to discover a dirty room. There were no pillow cases on the bed and no towels in the room at all. The bathroom was not very clean either. This room was extremely dissappointing. I will not stay there again.

Hotel met my expectation in the whole. I stayed in Wisconsin Dells just passing to Chicago and decided to look around thier lakes by boat. The staff was good and pleasant. Only one problem I have met. Their breakfast room was too small and it was not posible to sit down because of chairs shortage and I took the meal to the room.

Room was really dirty. Spider webs and bugs in it. My door did not work. I could not get in it with a key the whole trip. Manager was unprofessional and did not keep her commitment. Outside pool was un-swimmable. Trash everywhere in the pool along with slime and green stuff. Terrible experience... I will never stay here again!

We stayed here for a softball tournament. The first room had a wet floor, so they moved us to a different room. Beds were comfy and shower was hot. Phone didn't work, TV didn't work, and no coffee pot. For the price and what we needed it worked.

The hotel is cheap and I found out why the price is cheap. I can handle old or a little run down but pure filthy there is no excuse. The shower current inside was all mold not a little but solid mold.the carpet is filthy and your entrance is all full of garbage. You would be better off to sleep in a tent.

When we got to our room the door was open and the bed was stripped. I called the front desk and asked for sheets. He asked that we moved to a new room. He was very nice and brought us keys to the new room. When we got there, there were no pillow cases, he said he would bring some up. We left to get a bite to eat and when we returned there were 6 pillow cases folded on the bed, for 3 pillows?? One was stained very badly. After a few minutes an employee came in our room and walked back out without saying anything. It really was a terrible experience. The room was filthy, hair everywhere. Please don't stay here, you will regret it. The place needs to be torn down. It's inexpensive but you will not be able to sleep because it's so disgusting:(

I will never stay at this hotel again. Hotel and the room was filthy and smelled like mold! Room was not cleaned. No Towels or toilet paper had to get them from the front desk. They kept apologizing. Maintenance is bad, no screens on windows. They need to clean and stock better and fix things!

My advice to anybody would be DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The place looked OK from the outside but had not been kept up at all. Ceiling tiles were coming down, dented registers, very dirty all around. Room was really small. The maid service was HORRIBLE. One day out of the three we were there clean towels were brought and that was it. Had to go to the desk to pick up essentials, toilet paper, kleenex, shampoo, etc. and the price was not that reasonable. At $100.00 a night you would expect better, much better. On the plus said the bed was comfortable , there was ample food for the continental breakfast but the breakfast room was filthy. The floor looked as though it had not been mopped for a very long time. Hall carpets were just as bad. Cigarette butts littered all over the doorway to come in. Absolutely would NEVER stay in this hotel again.

ok for a night stay, but hot tub didn't work
