Peaceful condo on river in downtown WP w/ pool

Our condo is ideally located on the lovely Fraser River and in the middle of downtown WP. Take a short walk to shops, restaurants, bars, and the town amphitheater & park. Or, stay at the condo and relax while you listen to the river flowing & enjoy your favorite beverage. The nearby clubhouse has indoor & outdoor hot tubs, a pool, fitness center, pool table, kids room and outdoor playground. In the winter, the free shuttle will pick you up just behind our building & take you to the ski area.

Full kitchen with appliances, utensils, cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockpot, glassware, and flatware.
Peninsula island for preparing and enjoying meals or to be used a work space.
No air conditioning, however the unit stays cool when the windows are open. With the windows open, you also enjoy the melodies of the Fraser River.

Great Property

Location was perfect. Walking distance to Hideaway Park for the blues festival and lots of great places. Unit was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Cozy, well equipped, great location

We enjoyed this cozy condo. It has everything you need: great shower, good heat, fully equipped kitchen. However, if you’re old and have bad knees like myself, the 2 steep stair cases can be a challenge. Nothing to do with the condo but we were greatly disappointed that there was no skis available for rent in all of Winter Park. and surrounding areas. Apparently you now have to choose your dates ahead of time and reserve your skis in advance. We got there on Sunday evening and weren’t able to rent skis still Thursday.

Perfect Winter Park Condo!

My brother and I had a great weekend at this property! Was exactly what we were looking for in terms of location (10 mins max from ski hills and walking distance to restaurants) and very reasonably priced. Very clean, would love to return!

Great stay

Enjoyed our stay thoroughly! Place was very clean and had everything we needed, even toys for our 2 year old. The owner was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us. There is a bus stop within 10 yards of your parking spot, and they do a great job of plowing too. Highly recommend.

Great getaway location

Pleasantly surprised with this location. What I thought was a simple apartment turned out to be more reminiscent of a cabin in the woods for a great getaway. Full kitchen with cookware and appliances helped us keep our costs low while on vacation.

Great family get vacation

This was the perfect place to celebrate Christmas and enjoy Winter Park for my family of four. The condo was very cozy and well stocked. Neighbors were quiet and respectful. We had a car but also used the convenient bus to get to the mountain as the stop is just out front of the condo. Kevin was great to check in on us and made sure we knew he was available if needed. All around perfect stay!
