The bed was very comfortable. The internet was off and on. The bathroom door was warped and would not close properly (leaving no room for privacy) and the shower would leak into the room.
A nice place to stay. Pool and hot tub were nice, but a bit small.

Very well lit parking with security cameras. COVID 19 cleanliness was perfect. General manager was very friendly, went out of his way to make sure guests were happy.
It was clean and did it's job. It gave my cast and crew a nice place to lay their heads.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I liked that the bathroom counter was large, which accommodated all our things at the same time. Good location close to the mall, shopping and restaurants.

I arrived at the hotel to check in and was told that my credit card payment had been declined and that I would have to pay the full price for a room. My payment had gone through weeks ago and I showed them my statement online. After that they said they would call the travel company I used to place the reservation to find out if they had received my payment. 15 minutes later I was able to check into my room. Once in the room I realized that it was a room without a microwave and refrigerator. I was sure when I made the reservation that those items were listed as amenities. I asked one of the neighboring rooms and they didn't have them either. So I figured all the rooms were like that. On Sunday as I was checking out I passed a room that was being cleaned and noticed that they had a refrigerator and a microwave. I was very displeased at this point. I paid in advance to get a good rate with all the amenities I am used to getting from other hotels in the area and was greatly disappointed. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked great, but I feel that I was not given what I paid for. The parking lot was horrible. There are not enough parking spaces and you end up parking along the curb on the street. Needless to say I will not be returning to this hotel. I don't feel I got what I paid for.
We came for a soccer camp at Midwestern University and had a fantastic stay. Upon arriving the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all of our needs. We asked for a microwave and a refrigerator and was pleasantly surprised when we were immediately changed to a room that had one. The room was clean and had everything we needed although it did get warmer during the night. It was a bit difficult to control the temperature. The breakfast both The morning's breakfast was fantastic. They had a make your own Texas waffle maker which I thought was perfect for a hotel. Everything was hot and delicious. They staff was always very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to shopping the University and had a great location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We enjoyed our visit.
I had made reservations 2 months in advance. The first night they put me in a room next to the swimming pool, across from the ice machine and vending machines. Making my concerns regarding the placement of my room I was initially met with an attitude and "well you booked it through the internet" statement throughout the communication. I was made to believe that booking on line is not deserving as if I were to book through the hotel.
It was ok. Nothing special. Beds were comfy. Room was average size. The black out curtains let in way too much light. We slept through breakfast. Small vanity in the bathroom. Staff was pleasant. I do have 2 charges pending on my account that I'm not happy about & they could not explain what they were. Waiting to see if they drop off before I call back.
