I, by myself, would give it 5 stars. No issues, no problems, all good. But my friend that slept in the other bed said it was hard and uncomfortable and ended up sleeping on the chase in our room. Everywhere we went in the hotel was clean. Breakast was great. Staff was friedly.

Lady front desk was Awesome made me feel right at home..got us rooms close together..let us use breakfast area for our pizza for dinner..was very helpful with everything we needed during our stay...dont remember her name but she saidshe was there for 8 years..

The place was generally fine aside from the plumbing not draining in the room-the sink and bathtub need some attention. Maybe corporate could throw a few dollars into that layout and add some property updates and greenery. Also, given the quality of the space, pets should be allowed. Seeing a pup in a resident’s cold car all night sucked. I know it’s not the hotel’s problem, but something to think about.

Toilet kept backing up. Hot water took a while to reach our room. Food was a bit undercooked. Checkout was 11am but at 10 am the key cards turned off. The morning desk person argued about why we needed our keycard reset while we were loading out of the room. We had to get the manager involved just to get the rest of our stuff.
