He spent a significant amount of his own time working with VRBO to get everything sorted, showing a level of care and responsiveness that is incredibly rare.What impressed us even more was that, in the end, this situation actually cost him out of pocket—and he never once asked for anything in return. That kind of integrity and customer care speaks volumes.It’s clear he genuinely cares about his guests and takes pride in providing a great experience. "Went to AZ for a girls weekend/Spring Training. The Gilded Stay house was perfect for our trip. Such cute design of the different rooms, comfortable and clean. Well appointed kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The location was great, we were 15-20 minutes from the major shopping areas, and only about 30 minutes from Peoria where we went to a spring training game. We had one issue with the hot water tank, but Jenni had a repair person out immediately who took care of it. Would highly recommend this property and if I come back I would definitely book Jenni's property again! The house is so cute!"
