Literally nothing.

This was the most discusting hotel I've ever stayed in. The carpet was filthy enough we were afraid to take our shoes off. The hallways were very run-down and need updating and cleaned. No coffee pot or cups in the room. The hair dryer was broken

Conditions of the property were terrible. I am always a positive individual and never give negative reviews but now this place is not clan at all fire alarm went off at night for no reason the air condition made terrible loud sounds hard to sleep. Dirty covers with stains, Carpet needs to be removed.

Personnel - great! Friendly and helpful, in an attractive and spacious lobby. But I felt sorry for them trying to represent a facility in such deplorable shape. I'm hoping they're in the midst of renovating, because the walls and doors need painting throughout the building, and there was a large gash in the wall in our room. The bathroom door has swollen and would only shut with brute force. The bathtub/shower was sub-par, with plumbing that didn't work well. The whole place smells musty as if it had water damage that they were still trying to mask. Wish I could be more positive.

This hotel is in terrible condition. I would not stay there again. The toilet malfunctioned, and the hotel did not offer to fix it. My bed was also not made. Many features of the hotel require renovation.

The property is in poor condition. We go to the room and only 1 key worked. once in the room it wasn't terrible but toilet was loose and shower head looked nasty. Also the tv did not work.

when i booked the 2 rooms for my wife and i in one and my daughter and i and grandchildren in the other i was shocked at the condition of the hotel and the rooms. there was construction in the breakfast area that was dangerous for children. there was dog poop on the lobby florr and right outside the front door. the bathtub had paint peeling off it and could not be used for a bath. the room was moldy and musty smelling. there were cigarette hole burns in the bed covers. the elevator had pieces of the floor tile missing. there was broken glass i the parking lot. the staff was very sluggish and not doing basic jobs like looking at all the things ive mentioned to fix them.my wife has asthma and arthritis and not only could she not breathe well in the room but could not take a bath to relieve her aches and pains form the arthritis.the manager was illusive each time we set up an appt to speak with him. y wqife and i have traveld all over the us for over 40 yrs and we have never experienced such disgust in all of our travels. i demand compensation reimbursement for this disgust and dangerous experience to expose my family to.

After being given a 3rd room due to either cleanliness, stolen cable boxes or non functioning facilities my son sat on the bed and it collapsed to the floor. After 2 hours of trying to get situated my son and I assisted in the bed repair by holding up the mattress and box springs while the frame was put back together. Other than the housekeeper who apologized profusely neither management or owners took any steps to apologize or make up for our gross inconvenience. Then the housekeeper who truly tried to apologize was disciplined for spending too much time on customer service and was then terminated. The grounds are very nice but the hotel is disgusting. If you're floating in the pool you can look up at the disrepair of the 3rd and 4th floors. curtains hanging, wall paper hanging, blinds falling off. At one point we were informed that the hotel has a problem with squatters. please protect your orbitz customers from staying here!!!!

We arrived to the hotel and immediately we noticed the smell. The whole place smelled of animals and, somehow, fish. We got our key which didnt work and went down 5 times total over oue 3 night stay to get it fixed. On our last night we woke up to the fire alarm which accidentally went off. Based off the reviews I read I thought it was just decent but good god. Stay away.

Nice place to get some rest. Clean rooms, great service, and nice friendly staff.

The hotel itself is old and not well taken care of. My non smoking room smelled like cigarettes and beer. The parking lot barely has any lighting which makes it a comern for safety.

Had to change rooms twice. 1st time the keycards wouldn't work. 2nd time the AC in the room wouldn't work, felt like a sauna. Floors and halls are dirty. Just uncomfortable.

Due to weather conditions I had to find a last minute place to stay for the week. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Will stay again. Will recommend to friends and family.

Needing a place to stay last minute, I came across this place on Orbitz. The staff was welcoming and very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. unable to get home because of the crazy storms I stayed another night. Different staff, but amazingly nice.

We are happy to share the good news that this hotel has recently been sold and is now in the control of a professional hotel management group who are committed to revitalize the hotel and bring this once considered gem in Wentzville MO back to one where guests can feel comfortable in their home away from home. We realize these efforts won't happen over night but we sure hope you will come visit us again and enjoy the progress of our efforts to provide a clean accommodating, properly maintained hotel for our guests.
