I came back in the afternoon to rest only to find that the room had not been serviced. I ended up going down to get towels, coffee, and trash bag.
Elavator not working. I was on the 3 Rd floor. No room service. Couldn’t even bring me a change of towels, washcloths or soap. Old and uncomfortable but a good bed. Unhappy employees that looked unhappy with their positions. They did tell me that there was no working elevators. So that’s my fault by accepting that.
Pleasant front desk staff, rooms are clean and perfect for a night or two.

It seemed a little run down, like its a motel 6 disguised as something else.
This hotel is very nice they were doing construction but was a great stay none the less
I liked that the property was located in a great location surrounded by many restaurant options when hungry. I didn’t like that it seemed construction was going on. Carpet in hallways were dirty and the hot tub was not working.
It was clean and had all the necessities. Good location to restaurants, downtown Ft. Worth, Stockyards.
It was ok took forever to check out even though I was the only one in line the guy didn’t even acknowledge I was there for a while. I guess his phone was more important.

You would be hard-pressed to find a better hotel at this price range. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was good. I have no complaints.

We had been working on getting the elevator fixed, but with the way the world it today with getting parts was very hard. I am sorry your stay was less than perfect. With COVID restrictions we do not do room service on rooms where guest are still in the room. A not at front desk stated that upon check in. The elevator is now up and working again.
