Need to fix the ice machines
Nice hotel but it took about 20 minutes to check in and we were the only people checking in at the time…. Then we are a little early and they charge us a $30 early check in fee…. I travel almost every week and normally stay at Hilton brand hotels and they have never done that… I feel like this hotel tries to nickel and dime you… so… if you want good customer service and to feel like you really matter to their business I’d go somewhere else…
Bathroom was disgusting, hotel was not clean, hot and stuffy and smelled. Grounds were horrible. Just not clean at all and everything was broken. Barely any toilet paper and no extra, batteries in remote were out. Disgusting tub, so bad, no one showered.
Entire check in process was easy. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Great location for my visit
Needs cleaner towels,sheets, and carpet. The tub had a stain. Overall okay
The grounds had cigarette butts all around the property
There was a bed, I slept. There was a shower, I’m clean

Upon entry, the staff seemed annoyed that they would have to stop there conversation to help me check in. Once in the room, the stay was decent untill the next morning. My wife was forced to take a cold shower because the hot water had "run out". When asking about this, the staff member at the front desk asked knowingly if we were on the top floor. Apparently running out of hot water had been an issue for the last few weeks after a severe winter storm. Not a good experience for my wife on our anniversary.
Everything was just fine breakfast didn't start until 7 on saturday moring and we was leaving at 7

The shower in our room did not work properly. We were offered another room, but we did not have time to switch as we were in town for a wedding. They attempted to fix it, but it was still broken. When we spoke with the front desk, they barely offered a $10 discount to the room. Additionally, we were in the hotel the same night as a large kid's group that the hotel staff didn't bother with keeping them quiet. At 6am, they were slamming doors and yelling down the hallway. When we told the desk, they replied "that's just how hotel hallways work." Lastly, while we were at the desk waiting, another guest told us that their fire detector started beeping for low battery in the middle of the night. They called the desk and the desk didn't offer to fix it, instead, they asked if the guests could move the desk to stand on and fix it themselves.
Friendly service and the surrounding area has grown so much. Great experience.
I chose LaQuinta Waxahachie because they had a Hot Tub, but it was out of service.....so i paid PREMIUM rate for just a room
