There was some kind of construction crew staying there and all night long they were going in and out and slamming doors. Absolutely no respect for other guests. Impossible to get any sleep. The worst stay I’ve ever had in a motel!

We rode to Stuart for breakfast on a Saturday morning and decided to stay overnight to enjoy the downtown vibe, the booking and check-in was flowless. We only used the room to take a shower and spend the night; room was clean and served the purpose pretty well.

Seems that Expedia. Com doesn’t provide the security deposit information anymore . This has happened to me 2 times in 3 days . The problem with quality inn is , they do not mention a security deposit on travel booking apps along with not issuing a refund when you arrive at the hotel due to no deposit information at all listed on Expedia listing app. I rejected to stay here at quality inn and the property declined my refund . I had to waste time with Expedia who had sold them selves out to low budget hotels that now do not require the property to list any security deposit information . . Finally Expedia issued me a refund which results in 7 to 10 business days to return the funds . Jokes on the customers right ??? What happens if a customer books reservation without knowledge of customer lost at sea not knowing the amount of the security deposit when arriving to the property ??? The property can make up numbers , like $100 or $200 or $500. For a 1 night stay and hold your money for 7 to 10 business days . . You are both a joke quality inn along with Expedia who sold them selves short to hotels by not providing , including the security deposit info with listings on the app . Expedia is just lost at sea hoping for a come back . At the customers losse .

My stay was not planned but decided to spend the night while visiting my son. My door key didn’t work most of my visit, the walls around the a/c had plaster work done. Probably from a leak. I have been here 6 days now..I cannot give them anything higher than 5 stars because there is no options. This location is totally different, it is owned by an Indian couple who is there everyday. So nice so sweet and I disvovered that there is the buffet for 16.99 sushi. OMG I used to pay 35.00 for dinner and at lunch what a treat. Next to Publix. Location of this hotel is perfect. We are on a biz trip but we treated ourselves like we are on vacation. Cheap cheap all you can eat sushi buffet. Great trip.

This place is well maintained, small but nice and clean. Staff is so friendly and really professional from housekeeping for front desk services. Breakfast is continental with hot oatmeal package and hot water, apple, and pancake with setup, yogurt and muffin, toast, bagels. Typical what you will find when you travel in Europe. No bacons sausages or potatoes like other hotel. Very healthy with variety of juices. Great stay and we extended our stay because it is right next to Flanigan Restaurant, lunch and dinner menu choice were excellent. Walk to Wawa for other essentials and we went to downtown for shopping experience. We are staying for business and leisure this hotel is the best for your money if you are a small business not a big corporation. It has been a pleasant stay 3 nights so far.
