No hot water for check in until later the next night. Pool closed at 11 per front desk staff and security came around at 10:30 and kicked everyone out then came back 30 mins later and told everyone out on their balcony’s to shut up. They used those words exactly. Also, earlier that day they kicked out 2 families because they said their kids were being loud. We’re on vacation..a family hotel and they treated people like theyre in a 55 and older community. It was really sad. Especially during this time when we are all trying to get back to so what normal.
I planned a trip with my son to your lovely Marriott. We were very pleased. Check in staff were so friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious, loved the quiet pools and bars and liked Tommy driving us to the beach and even hit some golf balls. Very restful place. We will be back. Thanks
I was very disappointed that they put us in a room with 2 full beds instead of a king. I had requested a king with my reservation. If I had known this is what we would get, I would not have reserved a room there. My reservation was for 2 nights. We decided to leave after sleeping in the tiny bed one night. I was told that the cancellation penalty was the second night that I paid for. I asked Ms. Jones if we could at least get a partial refund on the second night that I paid for but did not use. She stated that she would speak with a manager and call me. I never got a call. So disappointed! Such a fiasco! I don’t recommend staying there ever.

We stayed in the tower that faces the beach. It was basically converted condos. This tower we had to drive to being that it was not in the same place where main tower was located. The pool restaurant in this tower closed early. Had to go drive) to main tower for dinner. The railing of stairs to second floor was held by blue duct tape. Bathroom was small. Couldn’t open door to bathroom all the way due to size of bathroom. New lounge chairs needed in the pool area of main tower(hotel). Aside from this the front staff was welcoming and friendly. As we were leaving we were offered water, coffee and pastries...nice touch!
Amazing. Central AC. Beautiful view of sunrise over the river. Quiet. Easy access from parking to rooms. Pools and hot tubs to choose from (multiple). Modern and comfortable. Very very clean. Will be coming back!
The staff is really fantastic!!! Pool gets crowded and If beach is your thing drive 10 minutes to Jensen beach. It is not a great beach but is a little better than the one at the resort. But keep in mind we visited in the winter. Room was excellent, bed was super comfortable, Internet works well, Tennis courts were also good and the pool next to the courts is way less crowded. Don’t forget to read what is included with your resort fee. There are some free stuff you may like. We will be back for sure. Crawdaddy restaurant in Jensen, Cinco de Mayo restaurant also in Jensen and the Benihana in Stuart are all excellent places to eat great food and be served by great people. All close to the resort. If you like boats and jet skis they rent those at the marina right there close to the resort main building. And is way cheaper than in other places in Florida. That is going to be our next thing!
Overall very nice experience. We were not allowed to bring coolers to the pool near the beach, which we did not expect. We were initially told that we had to leave the pool area because there was no place to store the cooler. It wasn’t until we requested “MANAGEMENT” that we were able to put the cooler somewhere and stay at the pool.
The staff from the time you get there whether they are outside, inside or serving you have a smile and a greeting. The service is impeccable and top notch.
