When I walked into the building, it smelled like pot. The rooms also smelled like pot. I had my grandson with me, and I felt very uncomfortable with all the people standing around in the back parking lot that the front desk told me to use. It has potential to be a decent place to stay overnight, but it needs a few changes.

The hotel was nasty!! We rented 5 rooms and every one checked for bed bugs. I slept on top of the blankets. Dirty microwave as if food exploded in it. All the rooms stunk. There was a soft spot in the floor outside my moms room. Her sink also barely drained. Hot tub wasn’t heated, nor did the jets work. So much chlorine in the pool it ruined swim suits. Front desk guy couldn’t be bothered. Our daughter puked in the pool and he didn’t close it off allowing other guests to still enter AFTER we told him. Pretty sure rooms are used for “hourly” reasons. Some creepy guy kept pacing the hallways. Door locks were busted. If we wouldn’t have spent almost 200 per room we would have left.

The place sucked the lady was rude when I tried to ask about early check in because we arrived ahead of time then the whole building smelled terrible like something they was cooking in the back just gross I won’t stay their again.

we have stayed there several times, we even had our children make a reservation. the drunks and potheads that surrounded the back entrance at night made us feel very unsafe and unprotected, also my husband went to ask for coffee for the room, which has a coffee pot, the night guy refused to give it to him since he said there was coffee available 24 hours in the lobby, ihe explained it was late and my wife doesn't want to have to walk out in her robe to get coffee, he still refused. needless to say he was not willing to help, we will no longer be staying there again, as far as the breakfast, im not sure what you consider continental, but a waffle and cereal is not it. Very very disappointed

It was unusual to see matching antiques as the furnishings in the room. You can tell the building is old, however they were clean and you can see they did what they could to repair things.

Property was great, clean, and affordable. Beds were soft, close to the island

You can smell cigarette smoke down the hallway. Stairway was dirty.

Did not enjoy others arguing in the hallway at 2:30 in the morning. Breakfast is very minimal. Coffee is not good unless you like it weak. The room was nice. Room cleaning was great. Might I suggest security at night to prevent others from being able to have fights in the hallway at night. Would have liked to see some fresh fruits , juices. More options for breakfast.

We were 5 staying in the suite supposed to have been a pull out sofa bed.. nope.. spoke to the front desk and straight out said NO...OOOOK... had to go buy an inflatable mattress ($15) and an air pump to blow it up($20).. so usually a suite has between 4 to 5 people..so you figured they would put the amount of people that are coming to stay in one room the amount of towels to shower.. NOPE.. front desk guy sounded mad when asked for 2 more towels.. all they had is pool towels.. ok I'll take them can't say no to towels I need.. and lastly have a lot of stuff coming in so have a lot of stuff coming out of the room when we are leaving.. ELEVATOR GOES OUT.... we are on the 2nd floor.. maybe some assistance since the elevator is not working.. NOPE... front desk guy is sitting there watching TV while he sees all of us struggling down stairs.. I know bed time time to travel light if I decide to stay there again.. but had a blast at Schlitterbahn!!!

Pool and hot tub cold. Continental breakfast poor. room furniture worn. bathroom not as clean as expected. I had stop at this place when it first opened and was impressed but probably will not stay there again.

Me gusto la atencio, pero debe poner un poco mas de empeño en la limpieza
