The property feels dated and loud. It is a traditional motel-style accommodation, so trucks are starting up early in the morning just outside your door. The doors seem old and are not well insulated, so noise from the parking lot and the interstate that is very close are easily heard in the room.

Its not Elderly friendly, took 80yr old mother and they put us on 3rd floor with no elevators to access room, just stairs Had to move to a lower room because they had us walking 3flights of stairs and my mother was in a wheelchair.
We got rain water coming inside about 2 feet from the entrance door, and the internet doesn't work inside the room.

Not nice or clean. Booked on Orbitz. They were terrible and would not even help me get out of 5 day rental. Had to eat entire thing. Not staying here anymore or using Orbitz.
The room was not clean good.the bath and bathroom was not clean ,smell really bad.carpet was dirty. The bed mattress smell like fongos.
As always, had a nice stay here. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Didnt get my waffle due to covid but otherwise a great stay
Pool had green tint, vending machines were empty all weekend, and bathroom corners had dirt and hair in corners. Plaster and dust on tops of ladges,my sock looked filthy after walking on carpet. Unidentified dried fluid sprayed all over tv controller! Dont even want to speculate on what it might have been. Obviously only a touch up between guests and looks like never a thorough cleaning. Very dissapointed!
I didn’t realize this was a doors outdoor property when I booked. That was my fault. I have a knee injury and when returned the 2nd night there was no where to park except the other side of the property or on the street. The property was clean, friendly and we didn’t have complaints other than parking. Just be aware if you arrive late this may be an issue.

We slept and left. Arrived at 12:30 am. The AC was not working properly and we were so Tired that did not check or adjust the temperature..
Fleas!!! Dirty carpet and used linens. No refrigerator. Not enough toiletrees.

The staff was very nice. However, the room was filthy. There was hair in the bathtub and hair and events and hair hanging down from the blow dryer. The toilet was filthy. The shower was filthy. The door to our room would not even close all of the way. You could see daylight through the door. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
