"Loved the properties, food was great, staff was good , with the exception receptionists. They don’t do a good job in explaining what amenities you can use, what restaurants ( buffets) are where and times. When I arrived. My room was not ready. They said between 2 and 3. Finally at 3 they said it was ready. When we arrived at the room , it was not ready. We waited till 3:40 outside the room till it was finished. Mind you it was hot and super humid and had an early flight. Also they did not say we could wait at one of the launches. Another problem was paying the federal tax that is not included in the your initial payment. We had to pay extra ( it wasn’t much about 10 dollars more because they did not calculate it right. No problem. At the checkout they tried charging us the fed tax again, good thing my husband had the confirmation. They did not had that transaction in record. I’m overall I would stay again knowing all this information. It’s a great resort with great amenities. Good was great."

"Everything from check-in to check-out was excellent. We could not have asked for a better experience. Francisco at check-in was great, as was Juan at check-out. Efrain with VIP services was helpful and made our stay better. Alexandria was our concierge and she made sure we had everything we needed, from room maintenance to making reservations for dinner at the Japanese hibachi experience. Luisa from the Spa made reservations for us for some relaxing massages, and Carmen and Luz were excellent at those massages. Food was 10/10. Everything we got to eat, and the restaurants we got to try were delicious. The entire staff was so pleasant and made sure our stay was going well. I could not speak more highly of the entire staff and time we were there."
