called several times to ask hotel if any Sat rooms were available - since I incorrectly (my fault) booked room for Thurs and Friday instead of Friday and Sat....front desk was rude and not the least bit helpful.. Only answer - We are sold out. and honestly - if there was a room available - after staying Friday night and paying the excessive game weekend rate - I would never have paid that amount for another night. Every time the AC went off - it was loud and rattled excessively - all night long. TV was old and poor quality. Room was out of date. Trash was between the sheets and the mattress.

I waited over 10 minutes at an empty front desk to check in......later while getting coffee in the lobby I watch another couple wait for 15 min for someone to check them in. Asked front desk for late checkout & Told to call again in the morning to confirm my late check out (why wake up to make call to front desk? Defeats the purpose of sleeping in!) I did so anyhow and was still woken by housekeeping 15 minutes BEFORE checkout time. Also the ladies preparing the breakfast were rude and dining area untidy

Hotel was a little old but rooms and staff was really nice. Great to have Applebees next door so we didn't have to leave after a long day of driving.

Great hotel employees made this a great experience for our family. Very caring and truly welcoming people. Excellent location, close to all attractions, specially FSU.

Very comfortable. Not a 5 star resort with unlimited amenities but way above average. And I am very picky about where I stay.

Clean and quiet. I enjoyed my stay. There was a small kitchen which I loved. One of the vest hotels I have stayed in. It is close to the airport too.

First time in this hotel, was very disappointed it did not offer a microwave, small fridge in the room, AC noise was too loud, yet room never got truly cold! Neighbors very loud, I made the call to the front, yet the noise continue! Went to the pool, and had to ask the front desk for clean towels, none in the basket!

Front desk staff (Fillmore) was fantastic, but our key cards were deactivated after the first night so we had to get them rekeyed which is always annoying. Overall the room was fair for the price, but we had to shut off the a/c unit at night because it woke us up every time it kicked on. Luckily the temps were bearable, but I would select another hotel in the area next time based on that fact alone. After all--SLEEP is what hotel rooms are for! We couldn't use the coffee pot in the room because it was missing a component. Fair for $100/nt.

Front desk was nice. There were stains on the carpet in my room. Table could have used a wipe over. The ceiling was peeling in one spot and had a tiny rusty spot somewhere else. The room was dark, I like a lot of light, there were only two lamps. No hallway light so I had to keep my bathroom door open for extra light. A big chunk of the bedside table wood was dissolving, I could see the plywood underneath. Also, I tried a few times calling down to the front does to schedule a wake up call and no one picked up so I gave up. She was nice though, when I checked in. Next time I'll pay a little more and try one of the nicer hotels in the area.

Could improve room service Smell in hallways of wet carpets

This hotel needs major improvements! I had a spider crawling up the wall, hair in the shower, a moth flying around the room. The bed was terrible squeaked all night long. The wifi was beyond terrible. I do not believe I would be coming back here

Room service was hottible, but it may be due to graduations and being extremely busy. The service at Applebee's was horrible had to wait over an hour for a carry out order . Other than that the hotel was clean and the amenities were nice.

First of all, service Rep at hotel were very friendly and helpful. There was no light when you walk into any rooms and they all disconnect when hotel was remodel. This would be a big problem if you coming at night. Over all room was ok.

Had to change rooms because air conditioning didn't work. Second room ac wasn't much better but it was late & we were tired. Things were broken, i.e. Light switch covers, drain plug in sink, not very clean, terrible mattress & pillows. Lobby had very loud music playing at 11:30 pm on a week night. Staff not very friendly or courteous. Wifi password didn't work. Definitely not a 3 star hotel.

Only mirror was in the bathroom. There was blood on one of the bed covers. Furniture had a sticky film. Carpet felt dirty under the feet. Room needed painting. Room had a musty smell. Breakfast was very good. Will not stay there again.

I called front desk on 2 occasions for information and no one answered

Had some difficulties (more than once) with room door keys.

The hotel was OK it served the purpose , I asked room service for shampoo which took 4 hrs for them to bring . The room had no refrigerator or microwave either .

Staff was very nice but the hotel / room was not very clean.

great location but no housekeeping service the entire stay. also lack of enough towels in room for 2 adults.
