I am writing to detail an extremely unsatisfactory experience during a recent hotel stay, which regrettably necessitated an early departure. Upon my late arrival, approximately 2:00 AM, I discovered significant hygiene concerns within the allocated bathroom. Specifically, cockroaches were observed both inside the toilet bowl and around the sink area. Furthermore, the overall condition of both the guest room and the bathroom was notably substandard, clearly indicating an urgent requirement for comprehensive renovation and modernization. The dated and poorly maintained facilities contributed significantly to an uncomfortable environment. Given these deeply concerning issues, my comfort and ability to fully utilize the accommodation were severely compromised. As a result, my family and I felt compelled to depart by 8:30 AM the following morning, effectively shortening our stay to a mere few hours, during which we remained fully clothed. Prior to our departure, I engaged in a discussion with the front desk manager to explain the specific reasons for checking out prematurely. The manager was exceptionally understanding and apologetic regarding the encountered issues. Crucially, they advised me to directly contact Expedia to facilitate a full refund for the reservation, acknowledging the unacceptable nature of the accommodations provided. I anticipate that Expedia would honor the manager's directive and processed a full refund in light of these documented deficiencies.

The property is old and in need of renovations. The HVAC vents and faucets showed signs of considerable wear. The carpets were stained and old. The WiFi was out throughout my stay.

It’s just not a place I would stay at again, there’s a lot of updates that really to be done , my room that I stayed in was some what clean, there is a odor in the room. I don’t know if it was coming from the carpet or the AC. It wasn’t very pleasant. one of the elevators were out of order. It was a long walk to the room. The carpet in the hallway was very, very dirty. They need to have more pride in their business than what they do, they do offer a breakfast, we chose not to eat there.

Front desk does not answer the phone. Clerk sitting on side of desk on her phone eating with a sign posted about check ins. Put us on the 4th floor and elevators not working. Key card is in a stapled piece of paper. Overall terrible, old and unprofessional

The hotel was not very clean- dirty carpet in the hallways, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, dirty exhaust fan in the bathroom, toilet paper holder off the wall. It was FSU parent's weekend so everything is overpriced and that includes this hotel especially for the condition!

Just Don’t. Expensive, dated end hotel. Had to be moved from first room because AC was out and only accessible wall plug was sparking. Was there for work, so at least hotel was convenient. Listing says bar on premises. It’s a lie. Applebee’s could not make it as a hotel bar in this place. Breakfast sucked. Was there for a week, they didn’t have mike for the last four days. Just Don’t!
