Convenient location for my stay. Clean room and professional staff.

We had a family emergency in Tallahassee and needed a room asap. I saw this room at such a great deal and snatched it up. We had previously stayed a few years back and were not really impressed but I couldn t beat the price and location. We were pleasantly suprised by the difference. The staff was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable.

Needed quick affordable stay while assisting NJROTC by pulling drill meet trailer for state-wide meet at FAMU. As always, Red Roof fulfilled the need with excellent hotel staff and clean, acceptable accommodations.

The front staff was very helpful and friendly. However, the hotel room itself was not clean at all. There were dirty floors, and I am pretty sure my sheets were never cleaned because I found hairs along with a dirty band-aid under the sheets. The shower was also dirty. The water did not go down the drain when I showered. I would recommend just spending the extra money and getting a cleaner hotel. I know the price is cheap but it was so dirty I couldn't even sleep comfortably or shower.

Great staff, great location, old facility needs lots of updates

Felt insecure. Room needed repair. Not a good location. Moved and paid to stay at a different hotel

It was nice and help I like to load things about it and help me out

We had a small problem, but Mr Patel cleared it up fast. He is a very good employee and this Hotel should be thankful for him. I wish I had dedicated employees like him!!!

Just wasn't a good experience. Didn't feel comfortable with the surroundings, lots of people loitering in the parking lot. Request for late check out was granted, but for only 30 minutes more than normal check out time. WiFi was difficult to acquire. Calls to the front desk went unanswered....

I never complain about my hotel experiences, but I prefer my privacy. Check in was great and everyone at the front desk was kind. Room was a bit dirty, but nothing terrible. When I check into a room, I always immediately put the "do not disturb" sign on the door. I've never had cleaning staff still come in with the sign up. This time, after my husband and I got back to our room on the first day, we noticed the room hadn't been cleaned (trash still there, beds not made, etc.), but the towels were gone and replaced with new ones (I also didn't ask to have them replaced, as I prefer to save water and use towels several times during a stay). I was a little unsettled, but let it go. The next morning, as we were packing up, cleaning staff came back right at check out time and knocked until we opened the door. Then they asked if we needed anything, and if we were leaving soon (we were under the impression checkout was at noon, and told her we were fine). 15 minutes later, she was back, knocking until we answered, asked if we needed anything, and if we were checking out. At this point we were getting frustrated. We went down to check out and return our keys, and there was no one in the office. Door was locked, no one at desk, nowhere to drop keys. The room was okay, but we'll never, ever stay here, again.

The check-in experience was awesome, Clearance was very friendly. Someone tried to enter our room at 2:00 a.m. because they were given a set of keys to it; said there was a computer glitch that rarely happens; well it happened to us. Did not so much as get an apology for it until we complained to the morning person at checkout. She seemed like she was forced to apologize and it did not seem heartfelt at all!

I have traveled all over the USA & the World and love "Road Trips." I was traveling from Wichita Kansas back home to Miami Florida. I was feeling really tired, so I checked on Price Line and searched for the best deals at Budget Hotels along US 10 & found there was a big selection, but most of the reviews where terrible. I discovered the price at the Red Roof Inn was one of the cheapest & great reviews. I am very happy I decided on staying at the Red Roof Inn, the location is right off the hiway and the inn property is in amazing condition. They remodeled recently and they work hard to keep the property looking fresh & clean.. Wonderful front desk staff and cleaning staff too. The room was perfectly clean and we loved our time resting there. I thanked the staff as we were leaving. I plan to write a letter to the GM & tell them what a great job they are all doing at that location. GOOD JOB RED ROOF INN & I would highly recommend you to stay there.

Roaches, enough said. Roaches on the walls in the room. Sadly didn't see until morning so slept all night in roach infested room.

My room, including the towels, were dirty. Overall, I was disgusted by the room and very disappointed because the Red Roof Inns I had stayed at in the past were nice.

When we arrived, the staff opened door for us & welcomed us. We were disappointed there was no refrigerator. Bathroom sink was partially plugged. Toilet not tight to floor. Cable system was disappointing compared to other hotels. Disappointed there was no breakfast.

Okay but too many little things wrong. I'll definitely go elsewhere next time.

We were in town for our make-shift Thanksgiving avoid the traffic that comes along with the holiday. I killed a baby roach upon first inspecting the room. Today I'm nursing 3 bites that must have occurred the night I stayed there because the itching started the next morning & swelling by this morning P.S. Your rating system is NOT explained so I chose 3 for every option to avoid rating anything the opposite of what I intend.

The room was clean, shower worked with plenty of hot water. TV and Wifi included, but no other amenities. Compared with other places I've stayed recently the price was average for what you received.

Had to find another place to stay. It was nearly dark and I was in a unknown part of town. Can't believe I was given a confirmation # for a place that was not even in operation. Please follow up on this. My charge card better be credited and not charged for the two night stay. My phone is 601-946-3911. Please follow up on this.

Needed a place to stay for one night while traveling. Since we would only be sleeping here, we looked for an inexpensive place. We wished that we had spend an extra $35-$40 and found a better property. The check in was easy, fast, and friendly. However, that was the best part of the experience. The room was not very clean at all. There was hair on our bed sheets and fairly heavy dust covering most of the lighting fixtures. The wall behind the bed was covered in dust and hair. The television had something greasy smeared on the screen. The floors were dirty. The corners of the bathroom floor had dirt and human grime built up in them that looked like it had been there for years. We wore our shoes the entire time and slept in our clothes. It has potential to be a good affordable option for travelers, but they will have to clean the place up a lot and fix a few things such as the toilet that ran all night. I took a gamble on going for a cheap property. It was cheap, but unfortunately, we got what we paid for this time. I would have rather have paid double for a more comfortable stay. The few positives are the desk staff was friendly, the location is convenient, and the property seemed to be safe.
