This place is "DISGRACEFUL" and "GROTESQUE"! The most "DISGUISTING" place I ever stayed. I cannot call it a HOTEL. Its a dump!!!! DO NOT STAY THERE! There was "GIRLS" screaming, fighting with man, slamming doors. The rooms was severely moldy, I kept the door open as much as I could to get some air. No towels in the room, I had to go back to the front desk to ask for them. No phone in the room either. The bed and floor was so filthy that I kept my suitcase in the car, only brought in a few things. I did not use my sleepers, also I cleaned the counter to put my items. I had to use a towel to cover the pillow, since it smelled bad and I didn't want it to touch my hair. I carry some bleach and I took a hot shower in the morning using some bleach to clean my body. I didn't look for another hotel because it was late and I had been driving all day. I was exhausted.

I liked customer service and the pool. I also liked the one room I had from my last stay room#105. I didn't like the housekeeping of the room. It wasn't clean enough for me. Cleanliness is most important when staying in a hotel/motel.

They say they have "continental breakfast" but all they had was a couple of banana's and 3 little mini muffins. Something you could of bought yourself and ate it on your way. The room and beds weren't the same as they are described.

The room was horrible. The so called housekeepers wouldn't know how to use a vacuum cleaner and the window had a major crack in as it was off track as well. I went to the front desk to upgrade my room and was placed into a different room which wasn't cleaned and a condom wrapper was the first noticable thing you saw as the door swung open. I paid a cash deposit for the room even though I reserved it on line and they took the money off my card four hours later after not being satisfied with the trashy room's. Remind you the room was not up to standard so I checked out immediately. Spoke with the sister who is also the accounting clerk and she wanted me to verify my checking information with her after the money taken without authorization. Joke right! Glad my bank disputed the charge and placed my money back on my card. Never again will I attempt to stay in any hotel by the interstate especially the Lacasa. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a flea even though they have them there as pets.

Gaping whole in the bathroom wall. Filthy room. no tub stopper, no TV remote, padding under carpet was lumpy so the floor felt uneven. Cockroaches and spiders everywhere. Zero noise cushioning, you can hear absolutely everything and everyone outside your door and down the hall.. Stains on the bed sheets. Awesome staff. I like everyone who works there. I'd never stay there again though. You shouldn't either.

The entire property has a chemical smell to it and our room was disgusting. It looked like mold on the floor, a broken down refrigerator outside our door, and the bedding was filthy as well. We didnt even sit down in the room and left.

All amenities was a disaster, dirty, and especial the staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional

I turned off a light switch in my rooms before I left for a few hours. The switch controled the refrigerator and I didn't know until I returned.

Our room wasn’t vacuumed, there was mold in one of the corners on the sealing, we were in a non smoking room and there was no smoke detector just a hole in the wall where it was, the bathroom vent was full of dust, the bathroom floor had piles of dirt caked in the corner. After we checked in we took all of our stuff to the room, we left a receipt Up on the table when we come back from dinner our receipt was crumbled laying on the floor, so someone came in after we left. Definitely not worth the money and will never go back!

Very dirty and not a good experience at all. I would NEVER stay again

No drain stopper in tub. Mini, extremely small bars of soap. Loose grout and dirt along edge of floor tile in bathroom. Shower head spraying water up onto ceiling doing onto floor. Hand towel sized bath towels that were thin and very rough. Room service to clean brought no clean towels but took damp ones. Would not pay more than $40 a night.

The property is of nice and unusual style, but worn out and not kept properly.

Never book this place, teeeible conditions. Toilet water tank cover smaller then original, tolulet seat cover smaller for toilet demmetions. Carpet with clipped nails Freon precious tenant, horrible place.

I liked customer service and the pool. I also liked the one room I had from my last stay room#105. I didn't like the housekeeping of the room. It wasn't clean enough for me. Cleanliness is most important when staying in a hotel/motel.
