Got a great price with Orbitz. Room was clean comfortable and everything worked. The noise in hall and outside was sort of annoying at times. Gave it the feel of a cheap extended stay but it was really nice enough for the price.

Forgetting the fiasco that ensued after we were given a smoking room instead of non-smoking and just focusing on the room... When we walked in, we were greeted by 3 pillows on the bed, one of which had brown stains on it that were still wet. I don't know what they were, and I don't want to think about it. There were similar stains in the bathroom. We immediately walked out and found a room elsewhere.

Have stayed there several times when I go to Tallahassee after having lived there and moved away two years ago. The hotel is located near my old apartment and all the spots I frequented. Not too far from downtown and right next to I-10. On two different stays I was actually given the same room. One negative may have been that I had bed bugs on one stay. Other than that I like the kitchens and the fact each room has a fridge and stove.

When my family walked in the hotel the woman on duty was not friendly and the lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. This did not make a good first impression. The room was okay but we received no maid service on the second day. The price was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. The breakfast consists of prepackaged muffins and granola bars. I have to stay another week in town , but we will look for another hotel.

Comfortable, kind staff, good location. Great for people looking for good prices.

I read previous reviews that stated this hotel has a fully equiped kitchen. Have these people ever cooked in an actual kitchen before? There was one dirty pot and one dirty pan, some plates, cups and silverware. No bowls to mix with. No mixing spoons. It was bare minimals. We ended up eating out all of our meals becasue we both doubted the complete sanitation (especially since there is a sign that clearly stated that the dishes did not meet sanitation requirement for food service industry) of the kitchen as well as lacked the tools to make anything. The pull out queen bed looked like someone had peed the bed and that it hadn't been properly washed after the incident. We also wanted to check out at 8am, but no one was on duty until 9am to allow us to check out. We would not stay st this hotel again. There are plenty of far better hotels in the area.

Great value compared to other hotels for FSU game weekend. Our room was second floor at the end of the hallway and was quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean, which was most important to us. However the carpet could have used a shampoo and the top of the fridge needed cleaning. The coffee cups had residue on them, so I just boiled water to clean them. Tamara at the front desk was extremely helpful and outgoing. The location although a little far from FSU, was close to many restaurants and mid-town Tallahassee. If you're looking for value, this is where you'll find it.

I booked this hotel because I had to take an exam in Tallahassee and didn't want to wake up terribly early to drive to the testing center (which was about a mile away). The rooms are a bit old and dated, but it has everything an extended stay hotel offers along with a rock bottom price. The rooms were large enough that you could lounge around with a couple other people, and if I have to come back by Tallahassee for another test, I'll be sure to bring some groceries when I stay here.

well worth the money and close to every thing resturants banks food stores and entertainment. while just off the enter state.

You need to be on the top floor. We were on the bottom floor and we could hear the people above us walking or even rolling over in bed. It was clean.

This was the second time I have stayed there. Clean and comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Close to where I needed to be. Adequate parking. Easy to find.

This hotel is simple and inexpensive. I had a quiet stay and enjoyed my time. I was on a business trip and out of the hotel most of the time. The room was a bit worn but right for the price. I would recommend it to a friend, who is looking for a place to sleep and not luxury.

great place quiet and very clean easy to find

I have spent the last two weeks at this hotel and had no problems the first week (on the third floor). The second week was bad. I was located across from the elevator, so I got to hear the "ding, ding" all night. The other thing was there was alot of noise, from other hotel guests that kept on letting their doors slam. It doesn't matter where you are at on that floor, you can always hear anyone's door slam. Kind of difficult to sleep at 11:30pm with all this going on.

I was very plesantly surprised in how well equipped the room was. Equipped kitchen equals pots, pans, utensils and just about everything you have in a kitchen.. in fact all I had to buy was dish soap for washing the dishes. And the most comfortable bed I had been on in a hotel. Quiet AC which was a blessing in the heat of Florida.

We had a lot of food with us and this place was perfect for the price. We had a full kitchen. Check in and check out was great. The staff was very helpful locating a place to eat and gave us directions to go downtown to see the old capital. Has a great book in the lobby to tell you what to see. I like the interior entry. It feels safer. This is in a nice area and we felt very safe and it was very quiet. It just did not have a great mattress. It was okay for one night but not for a long stay with a couple sleeping on it.

A great place for extended stays. No/few frills, but generously sized rooms. Room is serviced once a week instead of daily, but that's just fine by me. Friendly staff. Equipment in the 'fitness center' (two exercise bikes and a stair climber) are old and sometimes non-functional.

I was attending my daughter's graudation from FSU and booked two suites for additional family members. We were extremely impressed with the size of the suites and how clean the entire facility was. The staff was awesome ([...] and [...]), very friendly and made us feel like royalty. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.

Ants appeared in our bathroom the first night. When I complained to the front desk they gave us fresh towels and supposedly treated for them. Ants worse that night. They were crawling on me in the tub. When I complained on a Sunday to the front desk I was told that ants are everywhere in FL, they could give me some bug spray and I needed to make sure there was nothing in my room to attract ants. Hello. . . they were in my bathroom! I wasn't exactly eating there! They were coming through the walls where the grout was missing in the shower and around the sink. We were staying at the facility while we attended to some family business. We had one rental car and much to do. I asked for a late check out and was given an extra hour by the staff on Sunday. On Monday at 11:15 they were at my door with the exterminator wanting to spray while I was still in the room! When I asked them to come back later they went to the front desk and she told me I was supposed to be gone by 11 and knew nothing about my late checkout. I had to go stand outside and wait while they treated my room. TERRIBLE customer service. They offered to move us to another room, but we came for a while and moving all of our stuff was not something we wanted to do. Besides the towels, that was the total of the accomodations that were offered. The facility is in need of some up-dates to get rid of the worn rugs, etc. Also, come prepared to be on your own. Rooms get cleaned once a week by the facility and it shows!

Thank you for choosing to stay at our hotel. We are pleased to know you were comfortable here and that you found us to be a great value in the area. However, I am sorry for the noise issue you experienced during your stay and regret the inconvenience it caused. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back soon!
