Location on the Thames is great, especially if you departing/arriving from Heathrow. The hotel was under renovation, and while my room was nice, the hallways were a bit dingy and circuitous ---- there was no elevator; instead you had to wind your way up narrow staircases and around numerous pathways. ...
Nice Room, clean. Great spacious bathroom. Beds were comfortable.

Fantastic room and amenities for a low price. It does take a drive to get to Windsor castle, but the fare isn’t much.

Pleasant, clean, fairly spacious room, above nice pub on river. Lovely place to sit and relax outside on riverside (should weather comply). Nice choice of tasty options for breakfast. Staff ranged from pleasant to very nice. Would rate higher if not that the request for a riverside room was not honored ...
