Room 111 for non smokers smelled like cigarettes. Switch to 215 that included complimentary roaches, bathroom door lock broken and dirty floors. Getting a refund for the canceled second night was extremely difficult. I feel the reviews were fake. 3rd time Hotels.com failing me.

We reserved two nights requesting a smoke free room. The room assigned smelled horribly of smoke. We requested another room. The receptionist was rude and after arguing with us, gave us another room The second room was filthy and infested with bugs. Dead bugs squished on the walls, crawling bugs on every surface. We requested a full refund. The receptionist threatened us and denied the refund stating Expedia needed to issue the refund and they had no authority Expedia contacted the hotel on several occasions and hotel refused to answer the call from Expedia or when the phone was picked up they always made the excuse the did not have the authority. The hotel always made the excuse that the manager was not on duty. We have travelled around the world and in over 50 years of travelling this is the worst experience we’ve ever seen in a lodging, DO NOT STAY IN THIS DISGUSTING HOTEL.

The property is trashy, the offce smells horrible, and safety was very concerning. I paid for a non refundable overnight stay and never made it to the room.

Room wasn't ready. Rooms smell bad and bathroom under constraction. Somebody keyed my rental car in the parking. Police told me that the hotel won't give them the video, they are not collaborative. I asked to see the manager. She refused to see me. It was a nightmare. Dogs barking in the rooms and people fighting. I ask for a refund plz!

I’m not sure what they had going on, but the person at the front desk completely nodded off in the middle of checking me into my room. The room smelled musty There wasn’t a single trashcan anywhere in the room to be found The towels were stained The people that clearly lived above me argued all night I was awakened at 2 AM by someone doing a drug deal literally right outside my door. At one point, the parking lot was on fire
